Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data establishes that the creation, modification or deletion of the files of public administrations can only be done by means of general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or in the Official Journal concerned.

In order to comply with the mandate of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, regarding the files of personal data managed by the services of this Department, and to assure the citizens of the exercise of their legitimate rights, and prior to the report of the State Advocate in the Department and the Ministerial Commission of Informatics, I have:

Article 1. Extension and amendment of the Annex to the Order of 27 July 1994.

The Annex of the Order of 27 July 1994, which regulates the files of personal data managed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, extended and amended by Order of 19 May 1995, is extended and amended. (B.O.E. of 30 May 1995), Order of 16 September 1997 (B.O.E. of 26 September 1997), Order of 26 March 1999 (B.O.E. of 8 April 1999), Order of 4 January 2000 (B.O.E. of 13 January 2000), Order of 15 November 1999 2000 (B.O.E. of 5 December 2000), Order of 25 June 2001 (B.O.E. of 11 July 2001), Order TAS/628/2002 of 4 In March (B.O.E. of 22 March 2002) and Order TAS/1275/2003 of 29 April 2003 (B.O.E. of 23 May 2003) in which the files located in the computer systems of the Department are described and regulated.

Article 2. Creating personal data files:

The personal data files listed in Annex I of this Order are created in the terms and conditions set out in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Data of Character personal:

Article 3. Modifying personal data files:

The files of personal data that are listed in Annex II of this Order are modified in the terms and conditions set out in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Data of Character personal:

Article 4. Deleting personal data files:

The personal data files listed in Annex III of this Order are deleted in the terms and conditions set out in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Data of Character personal:

Single end disposition.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
