The Universidad Miguel Hernández, of Elche, has approved the plans of studies of the teachings that lead to the obtaining of the degrees of Bachelor in Social and Cultural Anthropology, of only second cycle, of Bachelor in Science of Physical and Sports Activity, of Bachelor of Science of the Sea, of Licentiate in Psychology and of Licenced in Psychopedagogy, of only second cycle, of official character and validity in all the national territory, of the Faculty of Human Sciences and Education EDETANIA, attached to the Universidad Miguel Hernández, of Elche, whose has been authorized by the Valencian Community.

Accredited the approval of the above mentioned plans of studies by the Council of University Coordination and the fulfilment of the basic requirements provided for in Royal Decree 557/1991, of April 12, on creation and Recognition of universities and university centres, in force in so far as it does not object to the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, comes the approval of these titles.

This type-approval is carried out in accordance with Article 35 (4) of the Organic Law 6/2001 of 21 December 2001 in the Royal Decrees 1380/1991 of 30 August 1993, 1670/1993 of 24 September 1991, of the August 30, 1428/1990, of 26 October, and 916/1992, of 17 July, for which the titles of Licentiated in Social and Cultural Anthropology, of Bachelor of Science of Physical and Sports Activity, of Licentid are established, respectively In the Science of the Sea, of Licentiated in Psychology and of Licenced in Psychopedagogy, and the guidelines (a) the general principles of the plans of studies leading to the attainment of those, and other standards laid down in their development.

In its virtue, on the proposal of the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport and after deliberation by the Council of Ministers at its meeting on 27 February 2004,

D I S P O N G O:

Article 1. Object.

1. The titles of Licentiate in Social and Cultural Anthropology, second cycle, Bachelor of Science of Physical and Sports Activity, Bachelor of Science of the Sea, Licentiate in Psychology and Licentiate in Psychopedagogy, only second cycle, of the Faculty of Human Sciences and Education EDETANIA, attached to the Universidad Miguel Hernández, of Elche, once accredited the approval of its plans of studies by the Council of Coordination University and the fulfilment of the basic requirements provided for in Royal Decree 557/1991, 12 of April, on the creation and recognition of universities and university centers.

The approvals of the curricula referred to in the previous paragraph have been published in the "Official State Gazette" of 22 and 30 July and 21 August 2003, by Resolutions of the Rectorate of the University of dates 1, 4 and 23 July 2003.

2. The Valencian Community may authorise the imparting of the teachings which are conducive to obtaining the titles approved in paragraph 1, and the Universidad Miguel Hernández, de Elche, to proceed, at the time, to the issue of the corresponding certificates. titles.

Article 2. Evaluation of the effective development of the teachings.

For the purposes of the provisions of this royal decree and paragraphs 5 and, where applicable, 6 of Article 35 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, the period of implementation of the plans of studies to which it relates the second subparagraph of Article 1 (1), the university shall submit to the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation the effective development of the relevant teaching.

Article 3. Issue of the title.

The titles referred to in Article 1 (1) shall be issued by the Rector of the Universidad Miguel Hernández, de Elche, in accordance with the provisions of Article 34 (2) of the Organic Law 6/2001, 21 of December, and other rules in force, with the express mention of this royal decree that approved the titles.

Final disposition first. Enabling regulatory development.

By the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport, in the field of their competences, the necessary provisions for the development and implementation of this royal decree will be dictated.

Final disposition second. Entry into force.

This royal decree will enter into force on the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
