Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, states that the creation, modification or deletion of the files of the Public Administrations may be done only by means of general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or in the official journal concerned. In the exercise of the functions attributed to the Technical Secretary of the Management of the Sector of the Naval Construction, pursuant to Article 8.3 of Royal Decree 3451/2000 of 22 December 2000, for which the Statute of the Management of the Sector of the the Shipbuilding, and in order to comply with the legal mandate of Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 concerning the creation of automated files containing personal data managed by the Management of the Shipbuilding and assure the administration of the legitimate exercise of their rights, resolute:

First. -Create the files of the Management of the Sector of the Naval Construction that are listed in the Annex, as established in article 20.2 of the Law 15/1999

Second.-The automated files listed in the Annex will be governed by the general provisions which are detailed and subject, in any case, to the laws and regulations of higher rank that are applicable. Third. The responsibility for the files listed in the Annex shall be the responsibility of the Management of the Naval Construction Sector. Fourth. The Management of the Naval Construction Sector will take the necessary management and organizational measures, ensuring, in any case, the confidentiality, security and integrity of the data, as well as the conduct of the guarantees, rights and obligations recognised in the Organic Law 15/1999 and its implementing rules. Fifth. -Personal data recorded in the files of the Management of the Sector of the Naval Construction, will only be used for the purposes expressly provided and by the duly authorized personnel. Sixth.-The holders of the personal data contained in the files described in the Annex, may exercise their right of access, rectification and cancellation of data, where appropriate, to the service or unit that for each file is This Annex is specific.

Seventh. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.
