The Resolution of 1 December 1995, of the then General Secretariat for Social Security, determined the territorial scope of the executive collection units in the provincial addresses of the General Treasury of the Social Security. This resolution has subsequently been amended as a result of successive enlargements in the number of such units, as well as for management needs, by means of the Resolutions of 22 July 1997, 10 May 2000, 21 December 2000, 2005, 23 February 2007, 27 December 2007, 23 December 2009, 19 December 2011 and 10 March 2014.

In this respect, the needs of the management of the management of Social Security in the way of a prize make it convenient, at this moment, to modify also the territorial demarcation of certain units of executive collection dependent on the Provincial Directorates of this General Treasury in Barcelona and Cadiz, in order to achieve greater efficiency in the performance of the functions they have attributed and an adequate balance of the charge assumed by each of them, which is carried out through this resolution.

This resolution is dictated in accordance with the powers conferred by this Directorate-General under Article 4.2 of Order TAS/1562/2005 of 25 May 2005 laying down rules for the application and development of the General Regulation on the collection of social security, approved by Royal Decree 1415/2004 of 11 June.

In its virtue, this General Address resolves:

First.

The territorial scope of the executive collection units that are dependent on the Provincial Directorates of the General Treasury of the Social Security of Barcelona and Cádiz listed in the Annex to this resolution, will be fixed In this respect, the content of the Resolution of 1 December 1995, determining the territorial scope of the executive collection units in the provincial addresses of the General Treasury, is amended accordingly.

Second.

Changes in the territorial scope of the postal districts and judicial parties that may occur will not affect the territorial demarcations established in this resolution for the collection units. (a) the executive authority to which it refers, unless expressly provided by this Directorate-General.

Third.

The acts and formalities of the award procedure performed by an executive collection unit before the date of the effects of this resolution and which are to be continued by another of the same provincial management of the Treasury General under the new territorial distribution that is established, will be valid and will have effects on the award procedure that follows the latter.

Fourth.

This resolution shall have effect from 1 January 2015.
