Article 48.7 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, establishes that the General Administration of the State shall fix, in its field, the Calendar of non-working days for the purposes of time-limits, subject to the official work schedule, which has been set out in the Resolution of 17 October 2014, of the Directorate-General for Employment, for which the relationship of parties is published work for the year 2015 ("Official State Gazette" of the 24th day).

This calendar of non-working days will be published before the beginning of each year in the "Official State Gazette" and other means of dissemination that guarantee their knowledge to citizens.

Therefore, this Secretariat of State of Public Administrations, higher body of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, pursuant to Royal Decree 256/2012, of 27 January, for which the structure is developed Basic organic of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, and in accordance with the powers conferred on it by article 12 of the aforementioned Royal Decree, has resolved:

First.

Approve the calendar of non-working days corresponding to the year 2015, for the General Administration of the State and its Public Bodies, for the purposes of deadlines.

Second.

These are indeft days:

(a) Throughout the national territory: Sundays and days declared as non-substitutable national holidays, or on which the whole of the Autonomous Communities has not exercised the right of substitution.

b) In the territorial scope of the Autonomous Communities: Those days determined by each Autonomous Community as public holidays.

c) In the territorial areas of the Entities that make up the Local Administration: The days established by the respective Autonomous Communities in their corresponding calendar days.

The business days referred to in points (a) and (b) of this paragraph are specified in the attached Annex, specified for months and by Autonomous Communities.

Third.

Provide the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette" and the General Access Point (administration.gob.es) of the General Administration of the State.
