By the aforementioned resolution of 14 February 2014, the Presidency of the Spanish Tourism Institute amended the system of delegation of powers established by the Resolution of 23 May 2013, of the Institute of Tourism of Spain, of delegation of powers ("Official State Gazette" number 133, of 4 June) to adapt it to the changes introduced by Royal Decree 344/2012, of 10 February, for which the basic organic structure of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism ("Official State Gazette" number 36, 11), and by the Royal Decree 425/2013 of 14 June, approving the Statute of the Spanish Tourism Institute and partially amending Royal Decree 344/2012 of 10 February, for which the basic organic structure of the Spanish Ministry of Tourism is developed Industry, Energy and Tourism ("Official State Gazette" No. 143, of June 15).

On 24 July 2014, the Executive Committee of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Remuneration, by resolution, adopted with effect from 1 September 2014, the amendment of the Relation of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, creating the position of Advisor/Deputy Minister of Tourism in Mumbai, with residence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This position has been created in order to manage the markets of the Arab world with greater agility and efficiency than the current one so that your residence is in Dubai. These same reasons advise that the Deputy Minister/Counsellor, in the field of the markets he covers and for which funds are provided, are delegated powers to be able to manage them with agility and autonomy in respect of the Tourism in Mumbai and without prejudice to its dependence on it in the rest of the materials that may correspond.

On the other hand, it is foreseeable that in the future, this model of the Adjunta Tourism Board will be used to be able to cater to important markets.

Therefore, it is considered appropriate to partially modify the system of delegation of powers set out in the Resolution of 14 February 2014 of the Spanish Tourism Institute for the delegation of powers (" Bulletin State Officer " number 45, 21 February), in order to delegate to the Deputy Minister of Tourism in Mumbai, with residence in Dubai and in other holders of Adjutary Councils that can be created by meeting the conditions above described, the powers conferred by the delegation of the Tourist Board of the Spanish Foreign Tourism Offices.

Pursuant to Articles 12 and 13 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure ("Official State Gazette" number 285, 27 of November) and the additional provision of Law 6/1997, of 14 April, of the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State ("Official State Gazette" number 90, of 15 April), I have:

First.

"
