The considerable economic and social development and the increase in the population of the towns bordering León, especially in the San Andres area of Rabanedo and in the urban centers of Trobajo del Camino and El Ferral de Bernesga, in the territorial scope of the National Police Corps, is advising a new Police Local Police Commissioner in San Andres de Rabanedo to promote an improvement in citizen security. To this end, in accordance with the provisions of the final provision of Royal Decree 991/2006 of 8 September, for which the basic organic structure of this Ministry is developed, it is necessary to amend the Order INT/2103/2005, 1 of July, for the development of the organic structure and functions of the Central and Peripheral Services of the Police General Directorate, in order to include in Annex II the new Local Police Commissioner in San Andrés de Rabanedo in the Province of Leon. In its virtue, I have:

Single point. Amendment of Order INT/2103/2005, of 1 July, for the development of the organic structure and functions of the Central and Peripheral Services of the Directorate-General of the Police.

In Annex II "Local Commissaries", between Local Commissioner number 103 "Sama de Langreo-San Martín del Rey Aurelio" and Local Commissioner number 104 "San Fernando", the following Local Commissioner is included:

" 103a. San Andres de Rabanedo. "

Final disposition first. Powers of development.

The Secretary of State for Security, through the Directorate-General of the Police and the Civil Guard, will be able to carry out as many actions as necessary the development and implementation of this Order.

Final disposition second. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
