The additional provision of Royal Decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, establishing the ordination of official university teaching, provides that the Ministry of Education and Science will specify the the contents of Annex I to which the applications submitted by the universities for obtaining the verification of the plans of studies leading to the obtaining of official degrees of degree or Master's degree, provided for in their Article 24, which they enable for the exercise of regulated professions.

Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May, of Education, in Articles 94, 95 and 97, forms the professions of Professor of Secondary Education Obligatory and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Teaching of Languages as Professions regulated, the exercise of which requires to be in possession of the corresponding official title of Master, obtained, in this case, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15.4 of the said Royal Decree 1393/2007, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 14 December 2007, published in the Official Journal of the European State " of 21 December 2007.

This Agreement, in its fourth paragraph, in conjunction with the abovementioned additional provision, instructs the Minister for Education and Science to lay down the requirements with regard to the objectives of the Title and planning of the teachings.

Therefore, in the light of the above provisions, it is appropriate to lay down the requirements to which the plans of studies leading to the acquisition of the Master's certificates for the financial year must be adapted. of the professions of Professor of Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teachings, which are presented by the universities for verification by the Council of Universities.

In its virtue, prior to the Council of Universities ' report, I have:

First. Requirements of the curricula leading to the obtaining of the Master's degrees which they enable for the exercise of the professions of Professor of Secondary Education, compulsory and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Teaching of Languages.

The plans of studies leading to the acquisition of the Master's degrees which they enable for the exercise of the professions of Professor of Secondary Education Obligatory and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Teachings of In addition to what is provided for in Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, which provides for the ordination of official university teaching, the requirements with regard to the paragraphs of Annex I to the Royal Decree of 29 October 2007 must be complied with. ANNEX

Establishment of requirements with respect to certain paragraphs of Annex I to Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October establishing the ordination of official university teaching, relating to memory for the application for verification of official titles

Section 1.1 Naming:

Paragraph 3. Objectives.

Competencies that students must acquire:

1. To know the curricular contents of the subjects related to the corresponding teaching specialization, as well as the body of didactic knowledge around the respective teaching and learning processes. Knowledge of the respective professions will be included for vocational training.

2. To plan, develop and evaluate the teaching and learning process by strengthening educational processes that facilitate the acquisition of the respective competences of the respective teaching, taking into account the level and previous training of the students. as the orientation of the same, both individually and in collaboration with other teachers and professionals in the center.

3. Search, obtain, process and communicate information (oral, printed, audiovisual, digital or multimedia), transform it into knowledge and apply it in the teaching and learning processes in the subjects of the specialized specialization.

4. Concretize the curriculum that will be implemented in a teaching center participating in the collective planning of the same; develop and apply both group and personalized didactic methodologies, adapted to the diversity of the students.

5. Design and develop learning spaces with special attention to equity, emotional education and values, equal rights and opportunities for men and women, citizen education and respect for human rights. facilitate life in society, decision-making and the construction of a sustainable future.

6. Acquire strategies to stimulate the student's effort and promote their ability to learn for themselves and others, and to develop thinking and decision skills that facilitate personal autonomy, trust and initiative.

7. To know the processes of interaction and communication in the classroom, to master the skills and social skills needed to promote learning and coexistence in the classroom, and to address problems of discipline and conflict resolution.

8. Design and perform formal and non-formal activities that contribute to making the center a place of participation and culture in the environment where it is located; developing the tutoring and orientation of students in a collaborative manner and coordinated; participate in the evaluation, research and innovation of teaching and learning processes.

9. To know the regulations and institutional organization of the educational system and models of quality improvement with application to the schools.

10. To know and analyze the historical characteristics of the teaching profession, its current situation, perspectives and interrelation with the social reality of each epoch.

11. Inform and advise families on the teaching and learning process and on the personal, academic and professional orientation of their children.

Section 4.2 Master's Access Conditions:

For the entry in the Master it is established as a requirement of access the accreditation of the domain of the competences relative to the specialization that is desired to be cured, by the realization of a test designed to the effect by the Universities, from which those who are in possession of any of the university degrees that correspond to the chosen specialization will be exempt.

The domain of a foreign language equivalent to level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages should also be accredited, in accordance with Recommendation No R (98) 6 of the Committee of Ministers of Member States. of 17 October 2000.

Paragraph 5. Planning of the teachings.

The titles referred to in this Agreement are official university teaching of Master's, and their curricula shall have a duration of 60 European credits as referred to in Article 5 of the said Royal Decree. 1393/2007, dated October 29.

These lessons will be structured in the light of teaching subjects and areas in compulsory secondary education and baccalaureate, vocational training, artistic teaching, language teaching and sports teaching. In general terms, at least 80% of the total credits of the Master's, including the Practicum, must be in person.
