Article 20 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, states that the creation, modification or deletion of the files of the Public Administrations may be made only by means of general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or in the Official Journal concerned. In order to comply with the mandate of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, in respect of the files of personal data managed by the services of this Department, and to assure the citizens the exercise of their Legitimate rights, and prior to the report of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs ' Ministerial Committee on Electronic Administration, I have:

Article 1. Creation of personal data files.

The personal data files listed in the Annex to this Order are created in the terms and conditions laid down in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data, grouped by the organ of the Administration responsible for the file and under subparagraph (a).

Article 2. Modification of personal data files.

The files of personal data that are listed in the Annex of this Order are modified in the terms and conditions set out in the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of character data. personnel, grouped by the body of the Administration responsible for the file and under subparagraph (b).

Article 3. Deletion of personal data files.

The personal data files listed in the Annex to this Order are deleted in the terms and conditions set out in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of character data staff, grouped by the body of the Administration responsible for the file and under (c).

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
