TEXT

The Royal Decree 1181/2008, of July 11, for which the basic organic structure of this Ministry is modified and developed, has come to implement a series of structural changes, among others, in the organization of the Directorate General of Police and Civil Guard. Thus, in the field of the National Police Corps, the Subdirectorate-General for Human Resources and Management is deleted, which is broken down into two Subdirectorates General: the Subdirectorate-General for Human Resources and the Subdirectorate-General for Economic Management, Technical and Documentary. The Deputy Director General of the Cabinet is also deleted, passing the lower organs of the same to be integrated in the Coordination Unit, under the direct dependency of the head of the Directorate General. The Commissioner-General for Foreign Affairs and Documentation is called the Commissioner for Foreign Affairs and Borders, who takes over the responsibilities related to foreigners and the pursuit and investigation of illegal immigration networks, losing The Spanish and central archives are the responsibility of the Spanish and central archives for the new General Administration of Economic, Technical and Documentary Management. Article 3.A. 6 of the Royal Decree provides that "at the central level, the Governing Board and the Advisory Board shall exist with the composition and functions determined for each by the current regulations". These collegiate bodies are regulated in Order INT/2103/2005, of July 1, for the development of the organic structure and functions of the central and peripheral services of the Directorate General of the Police (today Directorate General of the Police and the Civil Guard). Consequently, irrespective of the measures which the development of Royal Decree 1181/2008 of 11 July 2008 may entail, taking into account the reallocation of tasks carried out by the precise Royal Decree, in consideration of the relevance of the the functions developed, within the Directorate General of the Police and the Civil Guard, in the field of the National Police Corps, both by the new Subdirectorates General, as well as by the Coordination Unit and by the Unit of Documentation of Spanols and Archive, it becomes necessary, in the interest of greater fluidity in the decision making of This Directorate-General will amend Order INT/2103/2005 of 1 July 2005 to make room for the Governing Board to hold the heads of the governing bodies and the units concerned. Therefore, by virtue of the powers of development conferred by the final provision of Royal Decree 1181/2008 of 11 July 2008, after the approval of the Minister of Public Administrations, I have had the following:

Single point. Composition of the Governing Board.-Point 2 of the 12th section of Order INT/2103/2005 of 1 July 2005, for the development of the organic structure and functions of the central and peripheral services of the Directorate-General of the Police, it is worded as follows: " 2.
