In particular, in Article 6 it determines that remuneration shall be payable as from 1 January after the date on which the premises are put into service.

the second provision of Royal Decree 326/2008 of 29 February establishing the remuneration for the activity of natural gas transport for installations with a service as from 1 January 2000 2008, provides that the National Energy Commission shall report to the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade on the remuneration of certain regulated activities for the following year, before 15 November of each year. In compliance with the above, the National Energy Commission evacuated the report dated November 27, 2008.
This resolution is dictated by the delegation of the Minister of Industry, Tourism and Trade as regards the first paragraph and by its own competence as regards the rest of the resolution, in accordance with the Director General of Energy Policy and Mines included in the related orders. In its virtue, I have:
First.-The following remuneration for the year 2009 of companies engaged in regulated activities in the gas sector is set out in Annex I to this resolution:
1. Remuneration for companies carrying out distribution activities.
2. Remuneration in respect of depreciation, financial remuneration and fixed operating and maintenance costs of the undertakings holding transport assets with a service on 1 January 2008.
3. Remuneration in respect of depreciation, financial remuneration and fixed operating and maintenance costs of undertakings engaged in regasification activities.
4. Definitive remuneration for the depreciation and financial remuneration of the assets affected by the underground storage activity for the year 2009, as well as for the years 2007 and 2008.
5. Remuneration for transport facilities put into service after 1 January 2008.
Second.-The unit values of investment and operation and maintenance of updated regasification plants are set out in Annex II.
Provisional unit values for operation and maintenance of underground storage for 2009 are set out in Annex III.
Third.-The rental fee for telemedide meters and equipment for the year 2009 is set out in Annex IV.
The rights of connection for supplies connected to networks with supply pressure of less than or equal to 4 bar are set out in Annex V.
Fourth. This resolution shall have effect from the day following its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
Fifth. -Against this resolution, it may be brought, within one month, to be brought before the Secretary General of Energy, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4/1999, of January 13, of amendment of the Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, and in Law 6/1997, of 14 April, of the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State.

Laid rights for supplies connected to pressure networks

1. The applicant shall pay the distribution company the amount resulting from the application of the following formula:
Amount (Euro) = 98.71 * (L-6)
Being "L" the length of the connection in meters. In case of negative amounts the amount will be zero.
For these purposes, the natural or legal person requesting the connection shall be considered to be the applicant without necessarily having to contract the new supply or extension.
