Order FOM/660/2006, of 1 March, which establishes the Electronic Register of the Ministry of Public Works and establishes the general criteria for the telematic processing of certain procedures, has as its object the identification of the conditions and requirements for the telematic presentation and processing of the written, requests and communications submitted to the Ministry of Public Works and the agencies to which they are attached, as well as the creation and regulation of an Electronic Register in charge of the receipt and processing of such documents. According to the unique additional provision of that Order, the Department's Assistant Secretary for the inclusion of new procedures, procedures and communications in its scope is enabled.

Therefore, I have:

First. -Include between the procedures, procedures and communications to which the Order FOM/660/2006 will apply, of March 1, for which the Electronic Registry of the Ministry of Development is created and the general criteria for the telematic processing of certain procedures, the following:

1. Flag-bearer/Matriculation in the 7th List of the Register of Matriculation of Recreational Craft Vessels with CE marking regulated by:

Royal Decree 544/2007 of 27 April 2007 regulating the flag and registration of recreational craft in the Seventh List of the Registry of Registry of Ships.

Resolution of 15 December 2007, of the Directorate General of the Merchant Navy, which updates Annex II to Royal Decree 544/2007 of 27 April 2007, which regulates the flag and registration of the recreational craft on the seventh list of the Register of vessel registration.

2. Revalidation of professional cards from the merchant navy, regulated by:

Royal Decree 2061/1981, of 4 September, on professional titles of the merchant navy.

Royal Decree 1611/1987, governing the privileges and conditions for obtaining the professional titles of naval mechanics on fishing vessels.

Royal Decree 930/1998 of 14 May on general conditions of suitability and qualifications in certain professions of the merchant marine and fisheries sector.

Royal Decree 2062/1999 of 30 December 1999 regulating the minimum level of training in maritime professions.

Royal Decree 509/2002 of 10 June 2002 amending Royal Decree 2062/1999 of 30 December 1999 regulating the minimum level of training in the maritime professions in relation to the higher standards of training cabotage.

Royal Decree 323/2008 of 29 February 2008 amending Royal Decree 2062/1999 of 30 December 1999 regulating the minimum level of training in maritime professions.

Order FOM/1839/2005 of 10 June, amending the Order of 21 June 2001 on professional cards for the merchant navy.

Order FOM/2947/2005 of 19 September 2005 amending Order No FOM/2296/2002 of 4 September 2002 regulating the programmes for the training of professional qualifications for bridge and machine-based seafarers Merchant marine, and port pattern, as well as professional competence certificates of professional competence.

Order FOM/330 2/2005, of October 14, for which the test or the precise upgrade course is regulated to obtain the revalidation of the merchant marine cards.

Order FOM/983/2007, of 30 March, amending the Order of 21 June 2001, on professional cards of the merchant navy.

Order FOM/884/2008, of 25 March, amending Order FOM/330 2/2005, of 14 October, for which the test or the necessary updating course is regulated to obtain the revalidation of the professional cards of the merchant marine.

3. Issue/Revalidation of Specialty Certificates, regulated by:

Order of 30 May 1990 laying down the conditions for training courses for the handling of dangerous goods in ports of general interest.

Order of 14 December 1992 on the compensation of nautical needles.

Order FOM/2296/2002 of 4 September 2002 on programmes for the training of professional titles of Bridge and Machine Sailors of the Merchant Marine and Port Patron, as well as certificates of accreditation of professional competence.

Order FOM/555/2005, of March 2, on training courses in the field of prevention and control of pollution in hydrocarbon operations in the maritime and port areas.

Order FOM/2947/2005 of 19 September 2005 amending Order No FOM/2296/2002 of 4 September 2002 regulating the programmes for the training of professional qualifications for bridge and machine-based seafarers Merchant marine, and port pattern, as well as professional competence certificates of professional competence.

Resolution of December 19, 2003, of the General Directorate of the Merchant Navy, recognizing the formative content of certain maritime specialty courses taught by the Navy as equivalent to the programmes for the training of professional titles of Bridge and Machine Sailors of the Merchant Navy, as well as of the certificates of specialty that are determined.

Resolution of 5 June 2008, from the Directorate General of the Merchant Navy, for which the certificate of specialty of the ship's official and official of the company for maritime protection is created.

4. Management of examinations for the collection of recreational titles, regulated by:

Order FOM/3200/2007 of October 26, which regulates the conditions for the government of recreational craft.

5. Quarterly reference of the data for the operation of concessions or authorisations for regular regular public transport of general use, regulated by:

Order FOM/3398/2002 of 20 December 2002 laying down rules for the control of public passenger transport by road.
