The additional provision of Royal Decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, establishing the ordination of official university teaching, provides that the Ministry of Science and Innovation will specify the the contents of Annex I to which the applications submitted by the universities for obtaining the verification of the plans of studies leading to the obtaining of official degrees of degree or Master's degree, provided for in their Article 24, which they enable for the exercise of regulated professions.

The current legislation makes up the profession of Engineer of Roads, Channels and Ports, as a regulated profession whose exercise requires to be in possession of the corresponding official title of Master obtained, in this case, as provided for in Article 15 (4) of Royal Decree 1393/2007, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Council of Ministers Agreement of 26 December 2008, published in the Official Gazette of the State of 29 January 2009.

In this Agreement, as soon as the necessary reforms of the regulation of the professions are established in general in Spain, the conditions to which the plans of studies will have to be adapted are determined. In its fourth paragraph, in conjunction with the abovementioned additional provision, it entrusts the Minister for Science and Innovation to lay down the requirements for the objectives and title of the title and the planning of the teachings.

In the elaboration of this order, the schools and professional associations concerned have been heard. It has also been informed by the Government's Delegated Committee for Economic Affairs at its meeting on 29 January 2009.

ANNEX

Establishment of requirements with respect to certain paragraphs of Annex I to Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October establishing the ordination of official university teaching, relating to memory for the application for verification of official titles

Section 1.1 Naming.

Paragraph 3. Objectives.

To obtain the title, the student must have acquired the following skills:

Paragraph 4. 2 Terms of access to the Master's degree.

Paragraph 5. Planning of the teachings.
