Having regard to the text of the agreement concerning the final salary tables for the year 2008 of the Collective Agreement for Slaughterhouse Of Birds and rabbits (published in the BOE of 06-07-2007) (Convention Code No. 9903395), which was signed on 27 May 2009 by the Joint Committee of the Convention of which the AMPE and AMACO business associations are a party, representing the companies in the sector, and the trade union organisations CCOO and UGT representing workers of the same party, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, approving the recast of the Law of the Workers ' Statute and Royal Decree 1040/1981 of 22 May on the registration and deposit of collective labour agreements,

This Work General Address resolves:

First. -Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second. -Dispose your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

Act of the Joint Commission of the Collective Convention of Birds and Matches

In Madrid, on 27 May 2009, at 5 p.m., the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement of Birds and Conejos, composed of a part of the representations of the Agri-Food Federations of the CC.OO. and U.G.T. and, on the other hand, by the representations of AMPE and AMACO, on the street Diego de León, number 33, of Madrid, which they sign at the foot of this writing, in order to establish the definitive salaries of the applicable Collective Agreement year 2008.

The session is open, the parties take the following

AGREES

First. -The Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement, agrees to establish the final salaries for 2008, based on the 2007 definitive ones, which will apply to them 1.4% of the 2008 real CPI plus 0.6 points. These salaries and Tables will serve as the basis of calculation for the 2009 Salaries and Tables.

Likewise, the Joint Committee agrees that, on a provisional basis (and on account), the Salaries and Tables of the Convention which were provisionally established for 2008 (Salaries and Final Tables of 2007 plus the 2.6%).

Second. -Parties empower any of the members of this Act to carry out the registration, registration and publication formalities of the said Convention.

In proof of conformity, the parties sign in duplicate this Act, at the place and date indicated in the heading.
