Having regard to the text of the final salary tables for the year 2008, the provisional salary tables for 2009 and the amendment of Article 35 of the national collective agreement for the pastas industries food, published in the "BOE" of 27-1-2009 (code of Convention No. 9903945), which was signed with dates 30 November 2009 and 7 January 2010, by the Joint Commission and the Negotiating Commission, respectively, of the said Convention of the The Spanish Association of Food Pasta Manufacturers, on behalf of companies in the sector, and the Agro-Food Federation of UGT and the Agro-Food Federation of CC.OO., representing the employees of the sector, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of 24 March, approving the recast of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, and in Royal Decree 1040/1981, of 22 May, on the registration and deposit of Collective Labour Conventions,

This Work General Address resolves:

First. -Order the registration of these agreements in the corresponding Register of this management center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second. -Dispose your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".
