By Resolution of 26 August 2007, of the Directorate General of Traffic, the Electronic Registry of the Autonomous Body of Traffic was created for the reception and referral of requests, writings and communications relating to the formalities and procedures specified in Annex I thereto and the requirements and conditions of their operation are laid down.

In its final provision, it is established that, by Resolution of the Director General of Traffic, new procedures, procedures and communications will be included to which the provisions of this Resolution will apply.

On the occasion of the entry into force on 1 January 2010 of the provisions of the third paragraph of Article 3 (2) of Law 11/2007 of 22 June 2009 on the electronic access of citizens to public services, it follows: need to make available to the citizens in the Virtual Head of the General Directorate of Traffic a generic form that allows interested parties the presentation of written and communications addressed to the different Units of the Agency Autonomous Head of Traffic.

The Resolution has been favourably informed by the Ministerial Committee on Electronic Management in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 (l) of the second paragraph of Order INT/3192/2008 of 4 November 2001. the composition and functions of the Commission.

In compliance with the above, resolve:

Single item. Amendment of the Resolution of 26 August 2007, of the Directorate General for Traffic, establishing an electronic register at the Central Traffic Headquarters.

In Annex I, "Procedures included in the field of application of the Electronic Registry of the Autonomous Body of Traffic" of the Resolution of 26 August 2007, of the Directorate General of Traffic, An electronic register is created at the Central Traffic Headquarters, the procedure is included:

" 6. Generic procedure. Submission of a generic form for the submission of applications, writings and communications addressed to the different Units of the Autonomous Body of Traffic not related to the other specific procedures and actions including Annex I, which shall be processed through the General Register of the Agency, by the ordinary procedure. '

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.
