MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE STATE CONVENTION FOR WHOLESALE TRADE AND IMPORTERS OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS, AND OF DRUGSTORE, PERFUMERY AND ANNEXES

2009 salary review, 2010 wage increase and wage revision for training contracts.

Pay Review 2009

Once the INE has officially established inflation for 2009, and is set at 0.8%, there has been a 1.2% decrease in the CPI provided by the government for 2009, and therefore, the salary review provided for in Article 46 of the Convention should be carried out. As a result, the wage revision will be 1.2% (1.2% negative) to be applied on the tables that resulted from the implementation of the CPI provided by the government for the year 2009 (2% + 0.4%).

This negative wage revision is carried out solely for the purpose of obtaining the basis for calculation for the application of the 2010 increases since, in accordance with the provisions of Article 46, no refund is necessary. of wages, but it does affect this circumstance for the purpose of calculating the wage increase for 2010.

2010 wage increase

Once the inflation predicted by the government for the year 2010 is 1 per 100, according to the provisions of Article 45 of the Collective Agreement, a wage increase for the year 2010 of 1.3 per 100 (1%) is necessary. + 0,3%), after the negative wage revision as provided for in the previous paragraph.

Review of wages for training contracts

According to the content of Article 23.5 contracts for the formation of the current Convention, the review of the amounts contained in the aforementioned Article is carried out, with an amount of 8,862,00 euros a year, when the worker dedicates 15% of their working time will receive the theoretical training, and in case of a full day it will be 10,427,00 euros per year.

This act is unanimously approved and it is agreed to refer the same to the labor authority for the purposes of its registration, approval and publication in the B.O.E., expressly empowering Don Antonio Manzanares to do so. Noguera.
