Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 November, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed, establishes in Article 26: " All Departments Ministry of the General Administration of the State, as well as its public bodies, must have an electronic registration service, whether or not provided by another body or body, for the receipt and referral of applications, written and communications relating to the procedures and actions of their competence. "

By Order SCO/3233/2007, of October 29 (BOE of November 8), the electronic register of the Carlos III Health Institute is created for the presentation of written, requests and communications and the requirements are established General for the electronic processing of certain procedures. The procedures included in the scope of the Order are listed in Annex I. The Single Additional Provision provides that the Director of the Health Institute Carlos III, by way of a Resolution, may establish new procedures to which applications, written and communications may be submitted electronically and to approve the new standard and printed models enabling this presentation, as well as the competence to carry out the procedures, formalities and conditions in which the service of notification will be possible electronic.

In its virtue, I resolve:

Single point. Procedures that are incorporated into those included in Annex I of the Order of Creation of the Electronic Registry of the Health Institute Carlos III.

(d) Presentation of standard electronic applications and documents corresponding to the annual call for the granting of aid from the Strategic Health Action, in the framework of the National Plan of Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation. Such applications shall be subject to the conditions, content and time limits laid down in the annual Resolution of the call for such aid.

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

The Resolution of 25 February 2009, of the Carlos III Health Institute (BOE n. 73 of 26 March 2009), which incorporates new electronic processing procedures through the Electronic Registry, is repealed. of the Carlos III Health Institute.

Final disposition first. Publication.

This Resolution will be published in the Official State Gazette. It should also be available for consultation on the electronic register of the Carlos III Health Institute: www.isciii.es/registro.

Final disposition second. Entry into force.

This Resolution will enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.
