Having regard to the text of the Act containing the agreement on salary tables for the year 2010 of the Third State Collective Agreement for Real Estate Management and Mediation Companies (published in the BOE of 5-10-2009) (Code of Convention No 9914585), which was signed on 1 March 2009 by the Joint Committee on Surveillance and Interpretation of the Convention, of which the Business Association for Real Estate Management (AEGI) and the trade unions COMFIA-CCOO and ES-UGT signatories to the Convention, representing companies and workers in the sector, and in accordance with Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Royal Decree-Law 1/1995 of 24 March, approving the recast of the Law on the Staff Regulations of Workers and Royal Decree 1040/1981 of 22 May 1981 on the registration and deposit of Collective Work Conventions,

This Work General Address resolves:

First. Order the registration of the said Act in the corresponding Register of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second. Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

In Madrid, at 10 a.m. on the morning of March 1, 2010, the persons listed above are gathered, which are part of the Joint Commission on Surveillance and Interpretation of the State Convention of Management Companies. and Real Estate Mediation, for the purpose of dealing with the following order of the day:

1. Approval of Wage Tables 2010.

2. Delegation of powers.

The gathered parties agree:

1. Approve salary tables for the year 2010.

For the elaboration of the 2010 salary table, as provided for in the second paragraph of the second paragraph of the State Collective Agreement on Real Estate Management and Mediation (case of failure to make the complaint in time) and the form provided for in the preceding paragraph and the automatic annual extension has been produced, all salary concepts shall be increased in accordance with the inflation envisaged by the government for the year in which the agreement is extended), a 1% increase, predicted by the government, to the 2009 wage table.

The text of the 2010 salary tables is attached as an annex to this act duly signed by the comparets.

2. Don Javier Martínez de los Santos is empowered to carry out the necessary formalities for the publication of the salary tables approved in the Official Gazette of the State.

And in proof of conformity they sign it, by an exemplary septuplicate, at the place and date indicated in the heading.
