Obtained the verification of the Study Plan by the Council of Universities, dated May 28, 2008, in accordance with R.D. 1393/2007, of October 29, prior to the positive report of the National Agency for the Evaluation of the Quality and Accreditation (ANECA), and authorized to be implemented by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, according to Decree No 206/2008 of 11 July (BORM n. 168, of 21 July 2008), appearing in the Register of Universities, Centres and Titles (RUCT), by resolution of 24 September 2008 (BOE No 233 of 26 September 2008), and to comply with the As provided for in article 35.4 of the L.O. 6/2001, of Universities, this Rectorate resolves to publish the curriculum leading to the obtaining of the degree of Graduate or Graduate in Science and Technology of the Food by the Catholic University San Antonio, which is listed in the Annex to this Resolution.
