By Royal Decree-Law 7/1980 of 30 April, the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias is created and its legal regime is established, in which article it is first available that " With the name of Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias se creates a public management consortium whose purpose is astrophysical research. "

On the other hand, Article 20.1 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, states that " The creation, modification or deletion of the files of public administrations may only be be made by means of a general provision published in the "Official Journal of the State" or "Official Journal".

Article 53 of the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December of the development of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, specifies that when the A provision relates to organs of the General Administration of the State, the form of resolution of the holder of the relevant body shall be covered.

In its virtue, in the use of the competencies that have been conferred upon me, I resolve:

First. Creation of files.-The automated and manual files of personal data of public ownership of the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias, related in Annex I, are created.

Second. Deletion of files. -Automated files containing personal data related to Annex II are deleted.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Agreement shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.
