By Royal Decree 1571/2007 of 30 November, subsequently repealed by Royal Decree 1181/2008 of 11 July 2008 amending and developing the basic structure of the Ministry of the Interior, was established in the field of of the Secretariat, the Directorate-General for the Support of Victims of Terrorism (with the consequent suppression of the General Subdirectorate for the Attention of the Citizen and Assistance to the Victims of Terrorism under the Technical General Secretariat), which took over the exercise of the Department's powers in the field of care and support for victims of terrorism, depending on it, organically, the new General Subdirectorate of Aid to Victims of Terrorism and Citizen Attention.

Likewise, Royal Decree 4095/2010, of 30 April, approving the basic organic structure of the ministerial departments, has abolished in the Ministry of the Interior, the Directorate General of Information Relations and Social, creating the Office of Communication, which assumes its powers.

Therefore, the Order of 16 January 2001, which regulates the composition and functions of certain collegiate bodies of the Ministry of the Interior, is amended as regards the regulation of the Information Commission. Administrative and Coordination of the Advertising, proceeding to incorporate among its members the holders of the General Directorate of Support to the Victims of Terrorism and the Subdirectorate General of Aid to Victims of Terrorism and Attention Citizen, in addition to adapting its composition to the new organic structure of the Ministry of the Interior, to the have been affected by the structural modification approved by the Royal Decrees.

In her virtue, after the approval of the Minister of the Presidency, I have:

Single item. Amendment of the Order of 16 January 2001 regulating the composition and functions of certain collegiate bodies of the Ministry of the Interior.

The seventh paragraph of the Order of 16 January 2001, which regulates the composition and functions of certain collegiate bodies of the Ministry of the Interior, is worded as follows:

" Seventh. Ministerial Committee on Administrative Information and Coordination of Advertising.

1. It is up to the Ministerial Committee on Administrative Information and Advertising Coordination to develop the following functions:

a) Determine the common lines of action that guide the information activity of the Department, following the criteria and guidelines set by the Inter-Ministerial Commission on Administrative Information.

b) Monitor and coordinate the information activities developed by the information units of the Department, its management bodies and its related or dependent public bodies, including the offices of a (a) territorial, enhancing the exchange of information available to each of them, through the connection of their databases or through any other existing means and by encouraging concrete actions to improve the quality of the attention to the citizen.

c) Design and propose a training program aimed at staff in the Department's information units.

d) Inform and propose regulatory projects that directly affect information within the Department.

e) Monitor the design of communication strategies, establish general objectives and criteria for advertising dissemination, on topics related to the Department and collaborate in the programming processes of the campaigns Publicity for the Department's senior organs and managers.

f) Tracking the realization and dissemination of each advertising action.

g) Click on the content setting and update of the Ministry's website.

(h) Encourage the application of information and communications technologies to improve the quality of information offered to citizens, without prejudice to those which may be the subject of other collective bodies of the Member States. Department.

2. The Ministerial Committee on Administrative Information and Advertising Coordination will operate in plenary and in the Standing Committee.

3. The plenary session shall be composed of the following members:

President: The head of the Undersecretary of the Interior or, by delegation of the Interior Secretariat, that of the General Directorate of Support for Victims of Terrorism.

First Vice President: The head of the General Subdirectorate for Victims of Terrorism and Citizen Attention.

Second Vice President: The head of the Home Office Communication Office.

Vocals: A representative, with the rank of Deputy Director General, for each of the senior organs, managers and the Autonomous Bodies of the Department.

The President may be interested in attending to the sessions of the same, with a character of Vocals, those officials whose assistance is advisable for the subjects to be dealt with.

Secretary: An official who holds a job position of the General Subdirectorate of Aid to Victims of Terrorism and Citizen Care, appointed by the head of the General Directorate of Support for Victims of Terrorism.

4. The Standing Committee shall exercise the functions delegated to it by the Plenary Session and shall be composed of the following members:

President: The head of the General Subdirectorate of Aid to Victims of Terrorism and Citizen Attention.

Vocals: Five Members of the Commission appointed by the plenary, on a proposal from the holder of the Presidency.

Secretary: The Secretary of the plenary session of the Commission.

In addition, when the Standing Committee is to deal with specific advertising initiatives, the representative of the appropriate senior or management body will participate in the sessions. "

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

Any provisions of equal or lower rank are repealed as opposed to the provisions of this Order.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
