Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2010 of the second collective agreement of the audiovisual production industry (Technicians), (Convention code n ° 9912985), which was signed on 16 July 2010 by the Commission Joint Committee on the Convention, in which the business organisation FAPAE and the trade unions CC.OO. and UGT signatories to the Convention are integrated, respectively, of the undertakings and workers of the sector, and in accordance with the provisions of the Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Royal Decree-Law 1/1995 of 24 March 1995 on the approves the recast of the Law of the Workers ' Statute and Royal Decree 1040/1981 of 22 May on the registration and deposit of collective labour

This Work General Address resolves:

First. -Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables for the year 2010 in the corresponding Register of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second. -Dispose your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

Annex 1.1

Technicians in productions whose primary exploitation is their exploitation in cinematographic rooms

The weekly wage includes the pro rata of overtime and the economic compensation of the holidays.

The monthly salary includes the pro-rata of overtime and the economic compensation of the holiday.

For the cinema, with effect January 1, 2010, the 2009 tables will be increased with the actual CPI of the year 2009 plus 1 point (0.8% + 1% = 1.8%).

This salary table will apply only to film productions with a budget that, according to the ICAA criteria, is considered in the "low budget" category.

For the cinema, with effect January 1, 2010, the 2009 tables will be increased with the actual CPI of the year 2009 plus 1 point (0.8% + 1% = 1.8%).

The monthly salary includes the prorrata of extraordinary pay, not the economic compensation of the holidays.

For TV, with effect January 1, 2010, the 2009 tables will be increased with the actual CPI for 2009 plus 0.5 points (0.8% + 0.5% = 1.3%).
