Article 20.1 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Article 52 of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, on the adoption of the Law on the Development of Law Organic 15/1999, of 13 December, Protection of Personal Data requires that the creation, modification or deletion of the files of the Public Administrations be made by means of general arrangement published in the Official Gazette of the relevant State or Official Journal.

By Order AEC/3796/2004 of 10 November, the creation of the automated files of personal data of ownership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, compliance with the requirements of the The Additional Provision of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data. The time since the previous file publication has determined, on the one hand, the transformation of some of these files as they have fulfilled the functions that justified their creation, and on the other hand, the creation of new files.

This provision has been informed by the Ministerial Commission of Electronic Administration and the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in accordance with the provisions of Article 37.1.h of the Organic Law. 15/1999, of 13 December, Protection of Personal Data.

In its virtue, in order to comply with the aforementioned legal mandates and to guarantee the maximum transparency in the automated and manual processing of the personal data, thus assuring the citizens of the exercise of their legitimate rights, I have:

Article 1. Development of the Annex to Order 22 July 1994.

The Annex to Order 22 July 1994, which establishes and regulates automated files with personal data in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, extended by the Order of 26 May 1994, is extended and amended. 1995, by Order AEC/2575/2004 of 5 July 2004 and by Order AEC/3796/2004 of 10 November 2004.

Article 2. Creating personal data files.

The personal data files listed in Annex I of this Order are created, which will be notified to the General Registry of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection with the characteristics of the data. described in that Annex, pursuant to Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and Articles 54 and 55 of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December 2001 on the Regulation of the Development of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

Article 3. Modifying files.

The personal data files listed in Annex II are modified. The modification of these files to the Data Protection Agency shall also be notified in accordance with the procedure referred to in the previous article.

Article 4. Management and organization measures.

The holders of the bodies responsible for the files set out in the Annexes shall adopt, under the heading of the holder of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, the management and organisation measures which they are responsible for. necessary to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of the personal data, as well as the drivers to make effective the guarantees, obligations and rights recognized in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, and in their development standards.

Article 5. Data disposals.

Personal data contained in the files regulated by this Order may only be transferred in the cases expressly provided for by the law, in accordance with Article 11 of Organic Law 15/1999, 13 of December 21 December, for the protection of personal data, as developed by Article 10 of its Regulation adopted by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

5. Name of the File: Clinical Stories of Medical Services.

Procedure for the collection of personal data: They are provided through official channels (through the corresponding Verbal Note) by the Embassies and Consulates based in Spanish territory. Basic structure of the file and description of the data types included in it:
