One of the principles in which the Spanish education system is inspired is the conception of education as a lifelong learning that develops over the course of life; in this sense, adult education must encourage their incorporation into the various lessons and the reconciliation of learning with other responsibilities and activities. This is why a more flexible educational offer is needed to promote the reconciliation of personal and work life with access to the teaching of the baccalaureate, which facilitates the acquisition of the necessary skills and, where appropriate, the achievement of the title of Bachiller.

Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May, of Education, contemplates the importance of lifelong learning by establishing as one of its basic principles the duty of the educational system to prepare students for to learn for themselves and to make it easier for adults to incorporate them into the different teachings. It also indicates that the education system should facilitate, and public administrations should promote, that the entire population reaches a post-compulsory or equivalent secondary education.

The aforementioned Organic Law on Education, Chapter IX of Title I, regulates the education of adults and, in particular, Article 69 determines that it is up to the educational administrations to promote the necessary measures to provide all persons with the opportunity to access high school education and to take appropriate measures to ensure that adult persons have a specific offer of such organised studies in accordance with their characteristics, both in person and at a distance.

On the other hand, Royal Decree 1467/2007, of 2 November, where the structure of the baccalaureate is established and its minimum teachings are set, Order ESD/1729/2008, of 11 June, which regulates the ordination and establishes the This is the case in point where the secondary school curriculum is the subject of the secondary school curriculum and the order of the Ministry of Education and the Order ESD/3725/2008 of 12 December, which regulates the assessment of the baccalaureate in the field of management of the Ministry of Education. management of high school teaching for adults.

In order to adapt the baccalaureate offer to the principle of flexibility governing adult education, in the offer made by the educational administrations for such persons, the provisions of the in Article 13 of the said Royal Decree 1467/2007, in which the promotion scheme is determined.

In addition, in order to promote the reconciliation of studies with other activities carried out by students, the subjects for the two high school courses in the night regime will be distributed in three blocks each will correspond to an academic course.

Finally, it will be possible for over sixteen years of age, who are in exceptional circumstances to prevent them from attending the ordinary high school system, to be able to take up the baccalaureate for people adults in any of their schemes, as already stated in the previous regulations.

Therefore, it is now appropriate, in the context of the regulatory framework described, to set out the provisions governing the teaching of a high school for adults in the night, distance and virtual distance, in the field of management. of the Ministry of Education, both in the national territory and abroad.

By virtue of the above, and prior to the State School Board report, I have:

CHAPTER I

General provisions

Article 1. Object and scope of application.

The purpose of this order is to establish the framework for the management of high school teaching for adults, and it will apply in the educational institutions that belong to the management of the Ministry of Education. Education.

Article 2. Organization.

1. High school education for adults is organised in the night, distance and virtual distance systems.

2. The high school lessons for adults in the night regime will be organised in three blocks, each block being allocated to an academic course. They shall be carried out in public teaching centres where the baccalaureate is provided under duly authorised ordinary rules.

3. High school lessons for adults on a remote basis will be provided in public teaching centres where the secondary school is provided with a proper authorisation.

4. The high school lessons for adults at a virtual distance will be offered by the Centre for Innovation and Development of Distance Education (CIDEAD).

Article 3. Curriculum.

1. The application curriculum in the Baccalaureate for adults is the one set out in Order ESD/1729/2008, of 11 June, which regulates the ordination and establishes the curriculum of the baccalaureate, in the Resolution of 25 August 2008, of the Secretariat of State for Education and Training, for which the offer of optional subjects is organised in the baccalaureate, and in the Resolution of 10 December 2008 for which Annex V of the Resolution of 25 August 2008 is published 2008.

2. Each didactic coordination department shall, in its programming, provide the necessary adaptations for the delivery of these teaching for adult persons, together with the appropriate methodology for each teaching regimen.

3. The rules of precedence are those laid down in Annex II to Order ESD/1729/2008 of 11 June.

Article 4. Access and permanence conditions.

1. To access the high school teaching for adults, students must meet the following requirements:

(a) To be in possession of the degree of Undergraduate in compulsory secondary education, or to be in possession of the requirements set out in Article 5 of Order ESD/1729/2008, of 11 June, for which management is regulated and establishes the curriculum of the baccalaureate secondary to the Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, of Education.

b) Be more than eighteen years old or meet them in the calendar year in which the academic year begins.

2. Persons who are in the following circumstances may be able to access the virtual high school system:

(a) being of Spanish nationality and residing temporarily or habitually abroad;

b) residing abroad without being a Spanish nationality having previously studied Spanish reglates;

c) to be resident in Ceuta or Melilla or in an autonomous community where, in the remote system, there is no baccalaureate modality that wishes to be cured or in which there is an exceptional cause to justify it. These cases must be expressly authorized by the appropriate educational administration and by the management of CIDEAD.

3. By way of derogation, it may be possible for adult persons over 16 years of age, who fulfil the requirement laid down in paragraph 1 (a) of this Article, to have access to the high school teaching and to prove to be in one of the The following situations:

(a) That they have an employment contract that does not allow them to go to the educational centers under ordinary conditions.

b) That the status of high level or high performance athletes is accredited.

(c) in exceptional circumstances that prevent them from carrying out high school education under ordinary conditions. The exceptionality will be appreciated by the Educational Inspection Services, for which they will be able to obtain the documents that they deem pertinent.

(d) For the purposes of virtual distance learning, be found in the situations referred to in points 2.a) and 2.b) of this Article.

4. Students who are a secondary school for adults will not be subject to a temporary limitation of permanence.

Article 5. Promotion.

To students who are taught the teaching of adult Baccalaureate will not apply to them, as provided in the additional provision second to Royal Decree 1467/2007 of 2 November 2007, the criteria for promotion established for the baccalaureate under ordinary rule in Article 13 cited Royal Decree, retaining the qualification of the subject matter.

Article 6. Mobility.

1. Students will have the possibility to change their high school.

2. The incorporation of pupils from the Baccalaureate for adults to the ordinary scheme shall take into account the provisions laid down for teaching in the latter regime in Articles 1 on maximum stay of four years, and 13 on promotion, Royal Decree 1467/2007 of 2 November 2007, where the structure of the baccalaureate is established and its minimum teachings are fixed. In the rest of the cases, the classification of the materials exceeded in the system of provenance shall be retained.

3. If the students had any optional subject matter pending from the source system and it would not be imparted in the new regime, they would have to replace it with another one of the same time load and have not been exceeded before.

Article 7. Exemptions and validations.

1. When the number of adults is formalised, those who are in high school for adults will be eligible for:

(a) Professional modules with baccalaureate subjects, as established in:

1. The additional seventh provision of Royal Decree 1467/2007 of 2 November 2007 establishing the structure of the baccalaureate and setting out its minimum teachings;

2. Article 46 of Royal Decree 1538/2006 of 15 December establishing the general management of vocational training of the education system;

3. Article 25 of Royal Decree 596/2007, of 4 May, establishing the general management of the professional teaching of plastic arts and design,

4. and Article 43 of Royal Decree 1363/2007, of 24 October, establishing the general ordination of special regime sports teaching.

b) The subjects of the professional teaching of music and dance with subjects of high school, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Royal Decree 242/2009, of February 27, in article 2 of the Order EEDU/2739/2009 of 1 October and in Article 4 of the Resolution of 24 September 2009 from the Secretary of State for Education and Vocational Training.

2. Also, according to the provisions of Article 4 of Royal Decree 242/2009 of 27 February 2009 establishing convalidations between the professional teaching of Music and Dance and compulsory secondary education and the Baccalaureate, as well as the effects on the subject of physical education must have the status of a high level athlete or high performance and the professional teaching of Dance, may request the exemption of the physical education who are accredited to have the status of a high-performing or high-performing athlete, or to conduct studies of professional dance teachings.

3. Documents certifying exemptions or convalidations for any of the materials shall be attached to the case of the pupil. The assessment documents shall use the term "exempt" or "validated" and the codes "Ex" or "CV" in the box corresponding to the classification of the exempted materials or the object of validation. The materials listed as exempt or validated shall not be taken into account for the purposes of calculating the final qualification of the baccalaureate, except in the case of students who complete the professional teaching of music or dance and exceed common subjects of the baccalaureate. In this case, the provisions of Article 3.1 of Royal Decree 1953/2009 of 18 December 2009 amending Royal Decree 1577/2006 of 22 December 2007, Royal Decree 85/2007 of 26 January 2007 and Royal Decree 1467/2007 of 2 December 2007, are hereby amended. Article 8. Assessment.

1. As regards the assessment of students, the provisions of Order ESD/3725/2008 of 12 December on the assessment of students in the field of management of the Ministry of Education, Social Policy and Sport, with the exception of the aspects that relate to the promotion.

2. Prior to the assessment and qualification of the related subjects, the relevant binding materials shall be made. Where, in the ordinary or extraordinary final call, no matter can be described as being conditional on the exceeding of another, it shall be entered as a priority pending (PT).

3. The assessment documents of each student shall include the necessary entries for the entry of the baccalaureate at night, at a distance or at a virtual distance.

4. The certificate of the high school of night shall conform to the model set out in Annex I of this order.

5. The certificates of qualification of the baccalaureate in their distance and virtual distance regimes shall be in accordance with the model set out in Annex II of this order.

Article 9. Title.

Those who successfully cure the baccalaureate in any of its modalities will receive the title of Bachiller, which will have industrial and academic effects. In order to obtain the title of Bachiller, the positive evaluation shall be necessary in all the subjects covered by Articles 13.4 and 19.4 of this order.

Article 10. Teachers.

The teachers of the high school education for adults must have the qualifications established for the ordinary system.

CHAPTER II

Organization of high school teaching for adults at night time

Article 11. Features.

1. In order to be adapted to the situation of persons who have access to this baccalaureate system, the general timetable shall be between seventeen and twenty-two and thirty hours from Monday to Friday and shall not exceed 21 hours. weekly sessions. Each session will have a minimum duration of fifty-five minutes.

2. Attendance at class is compulsory, not being able to be qualified by continuous evaluation those students who register an unjustified absenteeism higher than 25 per 100 of the total teaching time for each subject. The centres shall provide each student with this requirement at the time of registration.

3. Those students who, in application of the preceding paragraph, cannot be qualified by continuous assessment in any matter, shall carry out a specific final test of the same in charge of the appropriate teacher.

Article 12. Teaching centers and modalities.

1. The secondary school education shall be provided by the secondary education institutes which are authorised to do so by the Directorate-General for Vocational Training, on a proposal from the Provincial Directorates to which it shall accompany the report of the Education Inspectorate, where the personal, social and employment circumstances of a sufficient number of students so require. The authorization must specify the forms of baccalaureate that may be provided.

2. The arrangements which a teaching centre may provide shall be among those authorised therein for the ordinary scheme.

Article 13. Registration.

1. The secretariats of the public teaching centres shall ensure that the tuition of the students of this scheme is formulated with documents proving the possession of the requirements, both academic and personal.

2. The students of the night regime will be considered for all purposes as official students of the center where they are enrolled.

3. The registration fee shall be entitled to an ordinary final assessment and another extraordinary assessment.

4. Each student will make up his or her educational itinerary from a baccalaureate and, where appropriate, the way in which he will explicitly formalise his/her tuition, so that, for the purposes of obtaining the bachelor's degree, he/she has completed all the common, six mode subjects (three first and three second), of which at least five must be of the chosen mode or route, and two optional subjects.

5. The registration in the baccalaureate at night shall be carried out on a general basis in a complete block. However, and taking into account Article 5, students may promote the following block even if they have more than two outstanding subjects, and may be registered for the subjects they wish to do according to their possibilities.

6. For administrative purposes, students shall be enrolled in that block to which the greatest number of subjects of all those who are to be cured.

7. In case they are registered in a block with materials from the following block, students must preferably attend classes of those subjects which they have not previously completed. The organisation of the centre shall provide, as far as possible, assistance to the classes of these subjects.

8. Without prejudice to the foregoing, in the case of materials of the same name or related materials, according to the priority referred to in Article 3 (3), the registration in the case of a higher block shall be conditional, it is essential to have obtained positive evaluation in the previous binding matter, in order to be qualified as the next related.

9. The addresses of the public teaching centres may exceptionally authorise the registration in the first quarter for duly documented reasons.

10. There shall be no simultaneous baccalaureate enrolment in two different teaching schemes.

Article 14. Mentoring and guidance.

1. The mentoring and orientation of the students, tasks that are part of the teaching function, will be developed along the course.

2. The management, on a proposal from the head of studies, shall appoint, among the teachers of the teaching team, a tutor or a tutor for each group of students.

3. It will be the responsibility of the tutor teacher to coordinate the evaluation of the students in their group. It will also carry out the academic and personal orientation of these, along with the other functions that correspond to them according to the regulations governing them, and with the support, if any, of the department of guidance.

4. The guidance departments will include in their annual programming a specific section for the academic and professional orientation of the students of the night regime, which will serve as a framework for the coordination of the tutorial action.

5. The tutor teacher will dedicate a weekly teaching time for the development of mentoring activities with students.

Article 15. Curricular ordination.

1. The subjects for the two baccalaureate courses are distributed and grouped in the three blocks that for each modality are set out in Annex III of the present order, corresponding each block to an academic year. The weekly schedule allocated to each subject shall be as set out in that Annex.

2. The teaching centres shall ensure that the optional subjects offered to students are: Second Foreign Language I and II and Information and Communication Technologies. The teaching centres shall include the second foreign language I and II and information and communication technologies between the optional subjects that offer the students.

Article 16. Mode or path change.

Students who want to change mode or via:

(a) They shall be subject to the common materials of the block to which they are incorporated, with the exception of those which have been approved and, where appropriate, those of the above.

(b) In addition, they shall be subject to the materials of the new modality or via, both of the block to which it is incorporated and of the previous ones, except, where appropriate, those coincident in both modes or ways which would have already been approved.

(c) They shall be computed as optional subjects of the new modality or via the optional or completed courses, as well as the specific subjects of the modality which he abandons, submitted and approved and which do not coincide with his own subjects of the new mode.

CHAPTER III

Organization of high school teaching for adults in remote and virtual distance systems

Article 17. Features.

1. The high school lessons in their distance and virtual distance systems are characterized by the autonomous work of the students and by the necessary tutorial action for the teaching and learning process. Both models allow for greater flexibility so that students can reconcile the teachings with their working life and personal circumstances.

2. This tutorial action will be carried out in the remote system by means of the in-person and remote tutoring, and in the virtual distance by means of telematics, as set out in Article 21 of this order.

Article 18. Educational institutions.

1. The secondary education courses will be taught by the Institutes of Secondary Education which are authorized for this purpose by the Directorate-General for Vocational Training, on a proposal from the Provincial Directorates to which accompany the Education Inspection report, where the personal, social and employment circumstances of a sufficient number of students require it. The authorisation shall specify the forms and paths of baccalaureate which may be provided.

2. The arrangements which an educational establishment may provide shall be among those which, in general terms, are laid down therein.

3. The high school lessons in virtual distance will be taught through the Centre for Innovation and Development of Distance Education (CIDEAD).

Article 19. Registration.

1. Those who, in accordance with the requirements referred to in Article 4, are to take up the virtual high school by virtual distance, shall carry out the registration by means of telematics within the time limits indicated by the CIDEAD.

2. Those who are going to take up the baccalaureate at a distance will be enrolled in the Secondary Education Institutes that they have chosen to carry out these teachings, within the time limits determined by them.

3. The registration fee shall be entitled to an ordinary final assessment and another extraordinary assessment.

4. Each student will make up his or her educational itinerary from a baccalaureate and, where appropriate, via, in which he explicitly formalizes his/her tuition, so that for the purposes of obtaining the bachelor's degree he has completed all the common, six mode subjects, three first and three second, of which at least five must be of the chosen mode or path, and two optional subjects, one of first and one of the second.

5. Each student may be enrolled in the number of subjects he or she wants from the first and second courses. However, and without prejudice to the foregoing, in the case of materials of the same name or related materials, according to the rules of precedence laid down in Annex II to Order ESD/1729/2008 of 11 June, it shall be an essential requirement. have obtained positive assessment in the field of the previous level to be able to exceed the level of the next level.

Article 20. Attention to students.

1. The students of the high school, distance and virtual distance, will have a tutorial, which will orient their autonomous work. This guide will include indications on the temporal distribution of the contents of the different subjects, the evaluation criteria, methodological guidelines, the activities to be carried out, etc. and will be completed annually with the instructions for registration, assessment dates and any other information deemed to be of interest.

2. In the remote system, the elaboration of this guide will be the responsibility of the corresponding teaching departments, under the direction of the head of studies. Appropriate measures shall be taken by the management team of the relevant centre to ensure that the student receives or has access to this guide at the beginning of the course.

3. In the virtual distance system, the elaboration of this guide will be the responsibility of the advisors and the specialists in each matter who perform their work in CIDEAD. In the same way, the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that students have access to this guide at the beginning of the course.

Article 21. Mentoring and guidance.

1. Mentoring and guidance, tasks that are part of the teaching function, will be developed throughout the course.

2. The tutorial support will be performed remotely and/or in person, individually and collectively, depending on the chosen baccalaureate regime.

3. Tutoring in the distance regime:

a) The tutorial support will be carried out remotely and in person, individually and collectively. At the beginning of the course, a calendar will be published, specifying the date and time of the individual and collective tutoring in each subject. In-person tutoring will be voluntary for students.

b) Through the mentorship of matter, an individualized follow-up of each student's learning process will be made.

c) For each subject, a collective tutoring will be scheduled that will be in-person and will be performed weekly. At the beginning of each quarter there will be a collective programming tutoring session, in the middle of the quarter one follow-up and at the end of the quarter, one of preparation of the evaluation. The remaining collective tutoring will be oriented to the support of the learning in each subject according to a program of activities that the tutor will establish and that will give to the students at the beginning of the course.

d) Students who are unable to attend collective tutoring must inform the tutor, at the beginning of the course, of the type of individual tutoring that best fits their possibilities.

e) The tutorial will be ensured, through the educational team that will be constituted in each authorized center to impart these teachings, and will be integrated by the corresponding head of studies and the faculty of the The specified specialty for each of the materials.

f) Each course for every 100 students enrolled will be the subject of each course. For each of the subjects there will be a tutor or tutor, who will spend two hours a week on individual tutorial support in the case of subjects assigned at least three hours per week in the ordinary Baccalaureate scheme. a weekly reading time in the case of subjects for which less than three hours per week in the said scheme.

g) The collective and individual tutoring time shall cover all working days of the week except Saturdays, ensuring that the tutoring of the same group and modality is concentrated in the shortest possible number of days for facilitate the attendance of students.

h) In-person tutoring will have a fixed schedule that will be known to all students. These tutoring will last for fifty-five minutes.

i) The head of studies shall, in accordance with the pedagogical criteria laid down in the annual general programming, the general time of tutoring taking into account the availability of classrooms, teachers and the number of of groups.

j) At the beginning of the course, the schedules of the individual and collective tutoring, the program of activities of the latter, the timing of the evaluations and how much other information can be of interest will be made public. general for students.

4. Tutoring in the virtual distance regime:

a) In the organization of this kind of teachings, there will be no consideration of the attention of the classroom. Therefore, the work plan will include self-learning activities for students and virtual tutorial.

b) The tutorial function will be developed primarily through the Internet, through an educational platform or Virtual Education Center, with the communication tools available for individual and collective attention.

Article 22. Assessment of students in the distance and virtual distance regimes.

1. As regards the assessment, the provisions of Article 8 of this order shall be subject to the provisions of this order, except in respect of the specific features of the remote and virtual distance regimes:

(a) the impossibility of carrying out the assessment continues under the same conditions as in the ordinary scheme;

b) the absence of a temporary stay limit;

(c) the effects of students ' ability to enroll in the number of subjects they want.

2. An extraordinary evaluation session will be held in the last few days of June for students who would not have passed all the subjects in the regular final evaluation.

Article 23. Mode or path change.

Students will be able to change their modality or via, in any case, the provisions of Article 19.4.

Article 24. Didactic media.

1. The teaching methods must enable students to acquire the skills proposed in the baccalaureate objectives as well as those set out in the basic aspects of the relevant curriculum and will meet the requirement of being self-sufficient for students to develop and control their learning process autonomously.

2. The Centre for Innovation and Development of Distance Education (CIDEAD) is responsible for the development, monitoring and evaluation of the appropriate teaching methods for the distance and virtual distance systems regulated in the the present order.

Additional disposition first. Persons with disabilities.

The addresses of the centres shall take the measures they deem necessary to enable the disabled student to access, pursue a baccalaureate and be assessed in accordance with the principles, guarantees and measures established. In the Organic Law 2/2006 of 3 May of Education and Law 51/2003 of 2 December, of equal opportunities, non-discrimination and universal accessibility of persons with disabilities.

Additional provision second. Supplementary rules.

First transient disposition. Schedule for the implementation of the night regime.

1. The organization of the teachings in the night regime established in this order will be effective from the beginning of the academic year 2011/2012, for the block 1. From this date the organization of the teachings will cease to be valid Model A block 1 and 1. Model B in the night system, which is regulated by the Order of 20 July 1998 for the ordering and organisation of the teaching of baccalaureate at night in the field. Management of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

2. In order to ensure that students enrolled in the academic year 2010/2011 in the first course of model B, who cannot move on to the course 2. for having more than two subjects, can continue their studies in the academic year 2011/2012, implement the materials of block 2 corresponding to the course 1. regulated in Order ESD/1729/2008, of 11 June.

3. In the academic year 2012/2013 the blocks 2. º and 3. º from this date the organization of the teachings corresponding to the blocks 2. º and 3. of the Model A and to the course 2. º of the Model B, of the Baccalauréat night regime, as regulated by the said Order of 20 July 1998.

4. In the academic year 2011/2012, for students who are studying the second course of the teaching of high school at night regulated by the said Order of 20 July 1998, the organisation of the courses will continue to apply. lessons established in the rules in force until the entry into force of this order.

5. Students who in the academic year 2011/2012 repeat the first course and those who in the course 2012/2013, having completed a second course, will have some subject matter, will be incorporated into this new ordination in that block to which the most appropriate the number of subjects of all those to be cured, preserving the qualifications of the subject matter.

6. In accordance with the provisions of Order EDU/2395/2009 of 9 September 2009, which regulates the promotion of an incomplete course of the education system defined by the Organic Law 1/1990 of 3 October of general ordination of the education system, to another of the Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, of Education, the students who have completed the first course of the baccalaureate secondary of the Organic Law 1/1990, of October 3, have to exceed a maximum of two subjects of the course they must exceed those materials, or their equivalents according to the correspondence set out in the Annex the order cited. Those students who have more than two outstanding issues of first course will also have to study Science for the contemporary world for the purpose of obtaining the title of Bachiller.

Second transient disposition. Timetable for the implementation of the remote and virtual distance regimes.

The implementation of this order, with respect to the remote and virtual distance regimes, will be effective from the beginning of the academic year 2011/2012.

Transitional provision third. Validations.

For those students who are enrolled in the secondary school for adult persons regulated in this order with some course passed or previously approved subjects, in accordance with Order EDU/2395/2009 of 9 September, the following convalidations are established, maintaining the qualification of the subject matter:

a) Philosophy and citizenship is validated with Philosophy I.

b) History of Philosophy is validated with Philosophy II.

c) History of Spain is validated with History.

d) Design is validated with Design Foundations.

e) Audiovisual culture is validated with Image.

f) History of music and dance is validated with Music History.

g) Economics of the company is validated with Economics and organization of companies.

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

The Order of 20 July 1998 for the establishment and organisation of high school education at night in the field of management of the Ministry of Education, the Order of 20 July 1998, is hereby repealed. The European Council of Ministers of Education and Culture, the Order of 20 July 1998, for which the teaching of baccalaureate at a distance in the field of management of the Ministry of Education and Culture is ordered and organized; the Resolution of 28 July 1998, of the Secretariat General of Education and Vocational Training, for which instructions are given for the implementation of the Order of July 20, 1998 and how many rules of equal or lower rank are opposed to what is established in it.

Final disposition first. Access to the Baccalaureate system at a virtual distance.

Article 4.2.c) is of a basic standard and is dictated by the provisions of Article 149.1.1. it confers exclusive competence on the State on the regulation of the basic conditions guaranteeing equality. of all Spaniards in the exercise of the rights and in the fulfilment of the constitutional duties, and the 30th of the Constitution, which attributes to the State the competence to dictate basic norms for the development of article 27 of the Constitution, in order to ensure compliance with the obligations of the public authorities in this field.

Final disposition second. Enablement for development.

It is up to the Secretary of State for Education and Vocational Training to dictate how many resolutions and instructions are required for the implementation of this order.

Final disposition third. Entry into force.

This order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
