Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities, prior to the favorable report of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA), as well as the authorization of the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León by agreement 48/2010, of 14 May, and established the character of the Title by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 30 July 2010 (BOE 29 September), and to comply with the provisions of article 35.4 of the Law of the Organic Law 6/2001, 21 December, from Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, for which amend the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities,

This Rectorate has decided to publish the study plan leading to the obtaining of the official title of Graduate or Graduate in Agricultural and Rural Engineering, which will be structured according to the Annex of this Resolution.
