Having regard to the text of the final salary tables for the year 2010 of the Interprovincial Collective Agreement for Trade in Flowers and Plants published in the "BOE" of 22-7-2008 (Convention Code No. 99001125011982) was signed on 18 February 2011 by the Joint Commission of the Convention of which the Spanish Federation of Florist Employers and the Spanish Association of Florist Employers are a part representing companies in the sector and the trade union organisations CHTJ-UGT and FECOHT-CC.OO. representing workers of the in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Royal Decree of Law 1/1995 of 24 March, approving the recast of the Law of the Workers ' Statute and of Royal Decree 713/2010, of 28 June 2010, May, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Work General Address resolves:

First. -Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables in the corresponding Register of agreements and collective agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Committee.

Agreements

First.-After stating that the official actual CPI for the year 2010 has been 3%, the wage revision should be applied as this amount is higher than the expected CPI for 2010, which was 1%. Therefore wages are increased by 2%.

Third. -You proceed to update the art. 25 Compensation for Displacement at 2%, resulting in € 64.35.

Mª Dolores Diez García is empowered to make the relevant procedures for the registration and publication of the 2010 wage revision of the collective agreement.

This Act is signed in accordance with this Act.
