Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities, prior to the positive report of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, and agreed on the official character of the title by the Council of Ministers of 12 November 2010 (published in the "BOE" of 16 December, by Resolution of the General Secretariat of the Universities of 22 November 2010).

This Rectorate, in the exercise of the privileges conferred by the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, reformed by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, as well as by the Statutes of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena approved by Decree 111/2005, of September 30, this Rectorate has resolved to publish the plan of studies leading to the obtaining of the degree of Graduate/a in Civil Engineering, solves:

First. -Order the publication of the Study Plan leading to the Graduate or Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, as detailed in the Annex, in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM).

In accordance with the provisions of Article 6.4 of Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, this Resolution puts an end to the administrative path and, under Article 116.1 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, Council Regulation (EC) No 5198/93 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 July 1991 on the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 5198/Euratom of the European Parliament and of the Council on the common organization of the market in certain agricultural and agricultural sectors (presented by the Commission) to the date of notification of this Resolution or, where appropriate, an appeal administrative-administrative proceedings before the Administrative Court of Justice within two months, counting from the day following the date of notification of this Resolution.
