Article 20.1 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data provides that the creation, modification or deletion of the files of the Public Administrations may be made only by means of general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or in the Official Journal concerned. Article 52.1 of the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulation on the development of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the protection of personal data, provides that the creation, modification or the deletion of public ownership files may be made only by means of a general provision or agreement published in the Official Journal of the State or in the Official Journal concerned.

In order to comply with the mandate of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, and its Implementing Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, above, with respect to the data files of personal character managed by the services of this Department, and to assure citizens the exercise of their legitimate rights and upon request of the mandatory reports, I have:

Article 1. Creating personal data files.

The personal data files listed in the Annex to this Order are created in the terms and conditions laid down in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December and its implementing regulation approved by the Commission. Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, grouped by the organ of the Administration responsible for the file.

Item 2. Modification of personal data files.

The personal data files listed in the Annex to this Order are modified in the terms and conditions laid down in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December and its Implementing Regulation approved by the Commission. Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, grouped by the organ of the Administration responsible for the file.

Article 3. Deleting personal data files.

The personal data files listed in the Annex to this Order are deleted in the terms and conditions laid down in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December and its implementing regulation approved by the Commission. Single end disposition. Entry into force

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
