The implementation of the existing texts of the Waters Act (RDL 1/2001 of 20 July, as amended by Law 62/2003 of 30 December, by Law 11/2005 of 22 June, and by Law 25/2009 of 22 December), and by the Regulations of the Public Hydraulic Dominion (Real Decree 849/1986 of 11 April 2008, amended by Royal Decree 606/2003 of 23 May 2010 Notwithstanding the renewal in the explosion engines used to navigate the Guadiana basin, which has taken place over the last few years as a result of the limitations established to the old two-time engines, it makes possible an increase in the usable power from now on, with more modern and efficient engines, thus responding to the demands of certain sectors.

For all the above, and by virtue of the powers conferred by the Waters Law on the Waters Agency, in particular by articles 23.1.b), 24.a, 51.a) and 78, this Presidency, and on the proposal of the Water Police, resolves:

First.-Modify Annex 1 "Embalses y formas Permitidas" of the resolution of 27 November 2008, of the Guadiana Hydrographic Confederation, on limitations to navigation and floating, sports or recreation, in the rivers and reservoirs of the Guadiana basin, including the reservoir of La Colada with the following allowed modalities:

Remos and candles

Electric motor

Motor explosion
