Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities, prior to the approval of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, as well as the authorization of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, and established the official character of the title by Council of Ministers Agreement of 1 October 2010 (published in the "Official Gazette of the State" of 11 November 2010), this Rectorate, in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of the Law Organic 6/2001, from Universities in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, has resolved publish the curriculum leading to the obtaining of the degree of Graduate or Graduate in Modern Languages and their Literature by the University of Granada, which will be structured as set out in the Annex to this Resolution.

Mentions: In order to obtain the mention in a language, at least 96 ECTS of materials corresponding to the itinerary of that language must be cured and in order to obtain the mention in a minor language, at least 48 credits must be given ECTS of materials corresponding to the itinerary of that language. The combination of languages of the same language family also gives choice to several mentions The mentions are:

a) Mention in Russian Language.

b) Mention in Chinese Language.

c) Mention in Italian Language.

d) Mention in Hebrew Language.

e) Mention in Slavic Languages: Maior language: Russian, minor: Czech or Polish.

f) Mention in Semitic languages: Maior language: Hebrew, minor language: Arabic.

g) Mention in Romanesque Languages: Maior language: Italian, minor language: French or Portuguese.

By virtue of the Agreements adopted by the Academic Commission of the Andalusian Council of Universities, on the minimum common contents of the Teachings of Grade, as well as the Circular of 10 June 2010, of the Directorate General The universities of the Junta de Andalucía, the students who are awarded this degree, will have to prove, prior to obtaining the title, the linguistic competence in a foreign language. The level to be credited will be the one set in the verification memory for the maior language.

Credit recognition: According to article 12.8 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, in its new wording given by Royal Decree 861/2010, students will be able to obtain academic recognition in credits for participation in cultural, sports, student representation, solidarity and cooperation activities. By agreement of the Government Council of the University of Granada, of 21 October 2010, for these activities, up to 12 ECTS can be recognized in the optativity component.

According to the Government Council of the University of Granada, of 25 July 2008, in order to promote the mainstreaming between different plans and for the student to participate in the design of his training, he will be able to the choice between the offer of optional qualifications or the choice of complete modules of other qualifications offered at the University of Granada.
