In compliance with the provisions of Article 11 (f) of the Infrastructure Regulation for Industrial Quality and Safety, approved by Royal Decree 2200/1995 of 28 December 1995 ("BOE" of 6 February 1996), and having regard to the standards developed by the European Standards for Standardisation CEN, CENELEC, ETSI and whose national transposition corresponds to the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR), an entity designated by the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of 26 February 1986, in accordance with Royal Decree 1614/1985 of 1 August 1985, and recognised for this purpose by the additional provision of Royal Decree 2200/1995 of 28 December 1995.
Having regard to the procedure for the elaboration of European standards, in accordance with paragraph 11.2.6.4 of the common rules of CEN/CENELEC and 13.7 of the rules of procedure of ETSI for the standardisation work of those mentioned European bodies.
This Directorate General has resolved to publish in the "Official State Gazette" the list of European standards to which the Spanish standard range has been granted during the month of May 2011 identified by its title and code numerical, indicating their date of availability, as set out in the Annex to this Resolution.
