By order of 21 July 1994, which regulates the files with personal data managed by the Ministry of health and consumption, was given compliance to disposal second of the organic law 5/1992 of 29 October, regulating the processing of personal data.

By virtue, I have: article 1. Creation of files.

Expands the contents of annex II «Administrative files» the order of 21 July 1994, with the creation of a new, automated file, called «Census of notifications the procedure pending hearing of the General Directorate of basic portfolio of services of the national system of health and pharmacy (reference price system)», whose data are contained in the annex to this order.

Annex I General address of basic portfolio of services of the national system of health and pharmacy file naming: Census of notifications of the procedure of hearing (reference price system).

Purpose of the file: streamlining of the procedure of hearing of reference pricing decisions.

People or groups over which is intended to obtain personal data or that they are obliged to provide them: individuals who can represent to pharmaceutical laboratories, pharmacies and/or pharmaceutical distributors.

Procedure of collection of personal data: the persons concerned to subscribe in the procedure through the 060.es (electronic notifications service).

Basic file structure: automated information system.

Personal data included in the file: name and surname, identity.

Transfers of personal data or data transfers that provide for third countries: the file shall be public. Not be expected data transfers to other countries.
