Warned in the Resolution of 17 September 2015, of the Governing Council of the State Aviation Safety Agency, that the delegation of certain powers of the Rector Council to the Director is agreed of the Agency, published in the "Official Gazette of the State" number 256, dated 26 October 2015, in accordance with Article 105.2 of Law 30/1992 of 26 November 1992, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of Procedure Common Administrative, precedes its correction in the following terms:

In the second paragraph of the first paragraph, where it states: "The eesc shall cease at its own request or pass to another destination of the management staff, as well as its appointment by provisional assignment or commission of services (...)", "The eesc shall cease at its own request or pass to another destination of the management staff, as well as, if exceptional circumstances are present, his appointment by provisional assignment or commission of services (...)".
