Key Benefits:
Article 8.2 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, as amended by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, establishes that the implementation and suppression of the teachings leading to the acquisition of of official character and validity throughout the national territory, shall be agreed by the Autonomous Community, either on a proposal from the Social Council or on its own initiative with the agreement of the Council, in any case before the Council of University Government.
The implementation of official teaching is regulated by Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 ("Official State Gazette" of 3 July 2010). establishes the ordination of official university teaching and by Decree 11/2009 of January 20, of the implementation and suppression of official university teaching leading to the attainment of degrees, Master and Doctorate.
The Board of Universities of the Ministry of Education, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25.7 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, and once received the evaluation report of ANECA, National Agency of Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, resolves to verify positively the proposal of teachings of the Master University in Architecture, presented by the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 ("Official State Gazette" of 3 July 2010), in Article 26.3, states that once the Government has approved the official character of the title, the Rector of the University will order publish the curriculum in the "Official State Gazette" and in the "Official Journal" of the relevant Autonomous Community.
By Order of 14 July 2015, from the Minister of Education, Language Policy and Culture published in the "Official Journal of the Basque Country" of 30 July 2015, the introduction and suppression of teaching is authorised. Official of the University of the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and, by agreement of the Council of Ministers dated September 25, 2015, published by Resolution of 2 October 2015 of the General Secretariat of Universities ("Official State Gazette" of 21 October 2015), the official character is established of the same.
For all this, pursuant to the aforementioned article 26.3 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, in the wording given in Royal Decree 861/2010, and once established the official character of the Master University in Architecture, Resolve:
Ordering the publication in the "Official Journal of the Estad" or the curriculum of the Master's Degree in Architecture, which is taught at the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, in the terms of the Annex to this resolution.
