Paragraph 3 of Article 9 of Royal Decree 1065/2015, of November 27, on electronic communications in the administration of justice in the territory of the Ministry of Justice and that the system is regulated Lexnet states that the presentation of all kinds of writings, documents, opinions, reports or other means or instruments should be accompanied by a standard with detail or understanding of the number, order and brief description of the contents of each of the documents index form and, where appropriate, the body or court or prosecutor's office which is headed and the type and number of record and year to which the letter refers. This standard form shall comply with the provisions of Regulation 2/2010, on general criteria homogenization of the actions of the procedural common services, approved by Agreement of 25 February 2010, the Plenary of the General Council of the Judiciary.

The form and set a digital document is designed for the purpose of user input structured data (name, address, etc.) in the appropriate fields to be stored and processed later.

In the communications system Lexnet the form shall be composed of the different data depending on the type of writing, intervening, procedural, etc., should be completed by the shipper.
