In the exercise of the privileges conferred on me by Article 38 (l) of the Rules of Organization and Functioning of the European University Miguel de Cervantes, I have:

That once the verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities has been obtained, prior to the positive report of the Agency for the Quality of the University System of Castilla y León issued in December 2015 and declared the official character of the Graduate Degree in Human and Dietetics Nutrition and its registration in the Register of Universities, Centers and Titles ("BOE" of 26 January 2017, which publishes the Resolution of 18 January 2017, of the General Secretariat of Universities, for which the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 13 January 2017 is published by which establishes the official character of certain degree titles and their registration in the Register of Universities, Centers and Titles.)

This Rectorate has resolved, pursuant to Article 26.3 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, of Ordination Of University Teachings, to order the publication of the curriculum of Undergraduate Studies in Human Nutrition and Dietetics by the European University Miguel de Cervantes in the "Official State Gazette".

PLAN FOR DEGREE STUDIES IN HUMAN AND DIETARY NUTRITION

Study Plan Description

The curriculum of the degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics by the European University Miguel de Cervantes is designed by modules (academic unit that includes one or more subjects that constitute a unit). In the course of four academic courses distributed in eight semesters

According to Article 12.2 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 and Order CIN/730 /2009, of March 18, the plan of studies of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics by the European University Miguel de Cervantes of Valladolid has a total of 240 ECTS credits, which include all the theoretical and practical training that students must acquire, completing clear guidelines for nutrition in physical activity and sport, nutrition in pregnancy, obesity, in cancer, disorders of food behaviour and food technology. Although the title does not include mentions, the University enriches the plan of studies of the degree in human and dietary nutrition, strengthening the catalogue of optativity, and including a set of subjects with orientations towards the Previously mentioned disciplines.

Each of the subjects that make up the plan consists of subjects of 6 ECTS credits each, forming a total of 240 ECTS credits.

To ensure the structural coherence and the acquisition of the competencies that have been assigned to the Degree of Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics by the European University Miguel de Cervantes of Valladolid, the planning of the lessons are given with the temporal distribution, structure (modules, subjects and subjects) and requirements that are detailed:

Of the total of the Grade, 60 correspond to basic subjects of the branch of Health Sciences. Of the rest of the ECTS of the Grade, 126 are mandatory subjects, 24 optional, 24 to external practices and 6 to the end work of Grade. The basic subjects of the Health Sciences branch (60 ECTS) according to Royal Decree 1393/2007, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July, are: Human Anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, statistics, psychology, applied chemistry and biology.

The specific name and competencies of each Module is exactly as defined in Ministerial Order CIN/730 /2009.

All the academic activity of the Degree of Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics by the European University Miguel de Cervantes of Valladolid is designed according to the general principles that inspire the degrees of Grado: the respect for fundamental rights, equality between women and men, respect for and promotion of human rights and the principles of universal accessibility, non-discrimination and in accordance with the values of a culture of peace and values democratic (Article 3.5 of Royal Decree 1393/2007); as well as the values of care and sustainability of the environment and social equality policies.
