Having regard to the text of the minutes dated 21 March 2017 where the salary review agreements of the years 2016 and 2017 of the 15th collective agreement for trade in flowers and plants are collected (Convention code number 99001125011982), published in the "Official Gazette of the State" of 2 May 2016, which was signed by the Joint Commission of the same as the Spanish Association of Florist-Interflora, representing companies in the sector, and the Federation State of Services for Mobility and Consumption of the General Workers ' Union (FeSMC-UGT) and the Federation of Services of Workers ' Commissions, representing the workers of the same, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, recast text approved by Royal Decree Legislative 2/2015 of 23 October and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,
This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.
Second.
Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MIXED COMMISSION ACT OF THE TRADE AGREEMENT FOR FLOWERS AND PLANTS
In Madrid, at 12:00 a.m. on March 21, 2017, the Joint Commission of the State Collective Agreement of Companies for Trade in Flowers and Plants meets.

AGREES
First.
Pay Review in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the 15th Inter-Provincial Collective Agreement for Trade in Flowers and Plants.
There would be no wage revision for the 2016 salary tables for failing to comply with that set out in that article, since the sum of the actual CPI for the years 2015 and 2016 is lower than the wage increases of both years (1.9%).
Second.
The updating of the salary tables for the year 2017, with the application of 1 percent on the final tables of the year 2016, in accordance with the provisions of article 18 of the XV Collective Convention Interprovincial for Trade in Flowers and Plants.
Provisional salary tables are attached for the year 2017.
Third.
M. Dolores Díez García is empowered to carry out the necessary formalities for registration and publication in the general direction of work.
This Act is signed in accordance with these minutes.
