e Hydrographic Confederation of the Ebro are regulated, they proceeded to adapt the same to the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 of December 21, December 21, for the protection of personal data, in accordance with the terms of Article 20.2 and Article 54 of its Implementing Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December.

The Ebro Hydrographic Confederation considers the modification of the file "Human Resources Management" to be able to reflect the changes generated by starting a new system of geolocation in the Confederation Hydrographic of the Ebro, in order to guarantee the security of the personnel integrated in the Police of Caucuses or that performs its functions in field and to comply with the labor regulations on the control hours, in application of the art. 54.2, of the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, for which the recast text of the Law of the Basic Staff Regulations of Public Employment is approved.

Consequently, the approval of the relevant modification provision of the file is necessary in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13.

In its virtue, prior to the report of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and the Ministerial Committee of Electronic Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, I have:

Single item. Amendment of Order AAA/562/2014 of 31 March 2014 governing the personal data files owned by the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation.

The file "Human Resources Management" provided for in the Annex to Order AAA/562/2014 of 31 March 2014 is replaced by the following:

"Human Resources Management File"

a) Identification and use of the file:

a.1) File Identification: Human Resource Management.

a.2) Purpose and intended uses: integral management of the human resources of the entity (staff management, staff selection, payroll, pension plan, social assistance, costume control, time control, daily allowance, etc.) locomotion, directory of users of computer systems of the Agency, identification and control of the officials of the Environmental Agents of Autonomous Bodies of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment carry out surveillance and inspection tasks. Other categories of personal data: personal characteristics (marital status, family status, age, nationality, physical or anthropometric characteristics directly related to the performance of the post, place of birth, date of birth, sex), social circumstances (housing/housing, licences/permits/authorisations), details of employment (croc/scale, job position, worker's history, category/grade, economic data on payroll, ), academics and practitioners (training/qualifications), data financial and insurance (economic data of the payroll, diets), situation in the Pension Plan and contributions made by the Hydrographic Confederation of the Ebro to the Pension Plan of the General Administration of the State.
