Decree n ° 2013-1217 of 1 September 2013 terminating the duties of the Prime Minister

The President of the Republic,

Having regard to the Constitution, in particular Articles 43 and 49 thereof;

In view of Decree n ° 2013-427 of 3 April 2012 appointing the Prime Minister.

Decline:

Article 1. -The functions of Mr. Abdoul MBAYE, Prime Minister of the Republic of Senegal, are terminated.

Art. 2. -This Decree shall be published in the Official Journal.
