Presidency of the Republic Decree No. 2015-980 of July 10, 2015 Decree No. 2015-980 of 10 July 2015 on the concession of the Medal of honor of firefighter on an exceptional basis in respect of the year 2015. the President of the Republic, pursuant to the constitution, including in articles 43, 45 and 76;
Having regard to Act No. 82 - 12 July 23, 1982 submitting to military status the personnel of the national group of firefighters;
Mindful of Decree No. 72-24 of January 11, 1972, on the national order Code, as amended;
Considering Decree No. 80 - 1281 of 31 December 1980 creating the Medal of honour of Sapper - firefighter;
Having regard to Decree No 84 - 153 09 February 1984 on the special status of the personnel of the national group of firefighters;
Pursuant to Decree No. 2012 - 1434 13 December 2012 on creation of the national Brigade of firefighters;
Having regard to Decree No. 2014 - 845 06 July 2014 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to Decree No. 2015 - 855 of 22 June 2015 on the composition of the Government.

On presentation of the Grand Chancellor of the national order of the Lion.

Ordained: Article 1. -The Medal of honor of Sapper - firefighter is granted exceptionally to the French Elements in Senegal following:-Captain of frigate, Samuel Jean Paul CHAMPON, Cooperant to BNSP, born September 29, 1968 in Mount Bartlett (DOUBS) France.
-Commissaire Divisionnaire, Jean Luc PEDUZZI, attached to internal security of the Embassy of France in Dakar, born January 21, 1961 in Paris.
-Commander Eric BODIN, Assistant Secretary of homeland security of the Embassy of France in Dakar, born July 19, 1960, the Eagle (ORNE).
-Chef de battalion Nicolas little Chef of the prévôté of any French in Senegal, born September 18, 1975 in Rennes (Island and Vilaine).
-Chef de battalion François MOLINA, Director of the military Cooperation of the Embassy of France in Dakar, born February 18, 1967 in Bayonne (Pyrénées Atlantique).

Art 2. -The Minister of the Interior and the Grand Chancellor of the national order of the Lion are loaded each in relation to the implementation of this Decree which shall be published in the Official Journal.
