Presidency of the Republic Decree No. 2015 - 1034 of July 14, 2015 Decree No. 2015-1034 of July 14, 2015, appointing in the national order of the Lion to foreign title President of the Republic, pursuant to the constitution, including in articles 43 and 76;
Mindful of Decree No. 72-24 of 11 January 1972 code of l'Ordre national du Lion, as amended;
Having regard to Decree No. 2012 - October 31, 2012 1169 appointing Grand Chancellor of the national order of the Lion;
Pursuant to Decree No. 2013 - 329 March 03, 2013 on reappointment and appointment of the members of the Council of the order;
Having regard to Decree No. 2014 - 845 06 July 2014 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to Decree No. 2015 - 855 of 22 June 2015 on the composition of the Government.

On presentation of the Grand Chancellor of the national order of the Lion, decreed: Article 1. -is appointed to the rank of Commander:-General of Brigade Louis DUHAU Commander French Elements in Senegal, born May 29, 1961 in Bayonne.

S. 2. - is appointed to the rank of officer:-Colonel Patrick Alain STEIGER, head of unity of command and operational cooperation, born January 12, 1968 in Trier (Germany).

S. 3 - are appointed to the rank of Knight:-Lieutenant-Colonel Laurent COLIN commander unit for regional cooperation, born February 05, 1965 in Lorient.

-Commander Philippe BLENY, project manager of the action of the Sea State, born October 17, 1959 in Colmar (Haut Rhin).

S. 4 - the Armed Forces Minister, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and for Senegalese living abroad and Grand Chancellor of the national order of the Lion are responsible, each in relation to the implementation of this Decree which shall be published in the official journal.
