Ministry of national EDUCATION Decree No. 2015-1873 December 15, 2015 Decree No. 2015-1873 December 15, 2015 relative to the name of the school Émile Saleh, (commune of St. Louis, Department of St. Louis, St. Louis region).

REPORT of PRESENTATION the municipal Council of St. Louis, by Decree No. 63/C. 14/12/2015 SL offers styling school Émile SARR, located in the Commune of Saint - Louis, Department of St. Louis, St. Louis area, "School President Abdou DIOUF.

Abdou Diouf, born September 7, 1935 in Louga, is a Senegalese politician.

Around the age of 5 years, Abdou Diouf following courses of religious instruction at the Koranic school. At the age of 7, he began his schooling by primary attended Brière - de l'Isle (current school Émile Saleh) school, then secondary at the Lycée Faidherbe (present school Sheikh Omar Foutiyou Tall) in St. Louis.

In 1955, at the end of his Bachelor of philosophy degree, he enrolled in Bachelor of law at the Institut des Hautes Etudes in Dakar (current Université Cheikh Anta DIOP).

Winner of the Faculty of law in 1957, he obtained his license in 1958.

He was very early high administrative office in Senegal. December 11, 1961, he was appointed Governor of the Sine Saloum Region at the age of 26, before becoming Director of Cabinet of President Senghor in 1963, then Secretary general of the Presidency of the Republic in 1964.

Having regard to Decree No. 86 - 877 July 19, 1986 on the organisation of the Ministry of National Education;
Having regard to Decree No. 2014 - 845 06 July 2014 appointing the Prime Minister;
Mindful of Decree No. 2014-853 09 July 2014 on the distribution of the services of the State and control of public institutions, national companies and companies with public participation between the Presidency of the Republic, the Prime Minister's Office and the ministries, amended by Decree No. 2015-299, March 6, 2015;
CONSIDERING Decree No. 2014 - 882 22 July 2014 on the powers of the Minister of National Education;
CONSIDERING Decree No. 2015 - 855 of 22 June 2015 concerning the composition of the Government.

REPORT of the Minister of National Education, DECREED: Article 1. -The school Émile SARR, located in the commune of Saint-Louis, Department of St. Louis, St. Louis, is referred to as "School President Abdou DIOUF".

S. 2. - the Minister of Education is responsible for the implementation of this Decree which shall be published in the Official Journal.
