We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005;
Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting of 16 September 2009.

SIGNING IN THE BODY OF POLICE


Art. 1

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 11 of the law 12 November 1987 n.
131 and subsequent modifications, we proceed definitive enrollment in the Gendarmerie Corps with
able to "gendarme" of the employees of the public sector which, at the time of entry into force of this Act
, they are seconded to the aforesaid body and meet the requirements listed below
:
a) have attended with favorable outcome specific "Course for Police Officers Training"
organized by the Vocational Training Centre, or have done part of a military body
albeit voluntary;
B) be carried out with favorable outcome of the trial period of one year in a position to
"student Gendarme" as a result of administrative posting by the Office or public body of
belonging to the Corps of the Gendarmerie;
C) having obtained a favorable opinion from the High Command of the Militia
definitive enrollment in the Gendarmerie Corps.


Art. 2

Employees of the public sector in meeting the requirements referred to in the previous paragraph
are permanently transferred to the Gendarmerie Corps in which they are enrolled
immediately after taking cognizance of the Great and General Council.


Art. 3

The level and length of service accrued by the aforementioned employees for work performed at
Public Administration or with bodies of the public sector are not considered to grade advancement purposes
in the Gendarmerie Corps. This advancement occurs
according to Article 15 of the law 12 November 1987 n. 131 and subsequent additions and modifications
.

Art. 4

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
