LAW OF SAN MARINO We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having regard to Article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 17 September 2009. 146 LAW 26 October 2009 AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW 18 December 2008 No 152, CHANGE THE BUDGET OF THE STATE AND CHANGES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ESTIMATE oF PUBLIC FOR tHE FINANCIAL YEAR 2009 Art.1 Article 35 of Law 18 December 2008 n. 152 is amended as follows: "art.35 (AASS sector Sewers) In compliance with the law 30 October 2003 n. 147, part of all'AASS transfers for 2009, the Congress of State is authorized to provide the Company the same € 1,000,000.00 on the Cap. 01/03/2501 "Charges AASS for Sewer Service" and € 100,000 , 00 on the Cap. 2-7-6431 "of AASS endowment Fund for investments Sewer Service.". Art. 2 The first paragraph of Article 36 of Law 18 December 2008 n. 152 is amended as follows: "Art.36 (Appropriations vincolati- chaps. 2-4-6442 and 2-7-6432) On 2-4-6442 chapter" of AASP Endowment Fund for bound investments - Surplus use of Directors of previous years ", the allocation for the financial year 2009 of € 5,700,000.00 is bound to the realization of the following works and public facilities for the benefit of the community: - € 2,700,000.00 for the completion of works arranged by Article 35 of law 18 December 2006 n. 135 of which € 1,300,000.00 to the continuation of the interventions indicated in paragraph a) of the said Article 1 35 and € 1,400,000.00 for the continuation of the works referred to in point b) of the aforementioned Article; - € 3,000,000.00 for the start of the work and designs for the construction of the "School Pole of Fonte dell'Ovo", the "Polo public activities of Valdragone" and "Hospital multi-storey parking spaces State", such subsequent upgrade of public infrastructure and logistical reorganization of the Offices and Services of the State and the public sector.. "Art. 3 Article 38 of Law 18 December 2008 n. 152 is amended as follows:" Art.38 (Mortgage to draw) E 'allowed the lighting of a mortgage balance of the Budget deficit for 2009 up to the amount of € 47,883,559.40.. "Art. 4 Article 44 of Law 18 December 2008 n . 152 is amended as follows: "Art.44 (Relations with Europe) the appropriations on 02/01/1810 chapter" charges for the development of relations with the European Union ", amounting to € 50,000.00 for the year 2009 financial year will be used to finance expenses related to the strengthening of relations with the European Union. ". Title 3-Matches around € 500,000.00 Total General Expenses € 6,616,299.88 Art.14 The Board of Auditors of the budgets of Parties and Political Movements, referred to in Article 11 of Law 170 of 23 November 2005, is recognized a total remuneration of € 10,000.00 to be divided equally between the three members that make it up. The fee - to be paid subsequently annual revision - will find entry on Cap.1-1-1480 "the Great and General Council Independent Fund". 5 The amount of the fee under the first paragraph will be updated on the Bureau's proposal of the Great and General Council with the appropriate delegated decree.
