186/2005;
Promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting of 22 October 2009.

IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE
UNIONS ON ECONOMIC EFFECTS FOR THE YEARS 2009- 2010
EXPECTED FROM THE RENEWAL OF PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
USE For the period 2009-2010- 2011-2012 - MODIFICATION ANNEX "F"
THE ORGANIC LAW



Art. 1

The salaries of civil servants from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2010 are those
resulting from the tables attached to nn.1a and 1b.
The remuneration referred to in the preceding paragraph shall apply to employees of the Broader Public Sector
, with starting dates indicated in the above tables.


Art. 2

The steady state pensions, paid under the Law of March 8, 1927 7 and subsequent integrations or modifications
, are adequate based on the tables set out in Article 1, calculated in accordance with Article 15 | || Law of 28 January 1982 12 and Article 3 of Law 30 March 1993 n.52.


Art. 3

The Appendix "F" to the Organic Law is amended as from the tables attached to nn. 2a and 2b.
The salaries are determined by the above tables and from the date specified in them.

Art. 4

The allowances and the ancillary wages contained in current legislation
remain those set by Article 4 of Law 25 April 2003 n. 54.


Art. 5

With effect from 1 January 2009 the amounts relating to the allowance of money loss referred to '
Annex "G" to the Law 41 of December 22, 1972, updated 27 October 2005 with Law n. 141
are amended as follows:
Category 1: € 25.00 (Euro twenty five / 00)
Category 2: € 50.00 (Euro fifty / 00)
Category 3: € 75, 00 (Euro seventy-five / 00)
category 4: € 100.00 (Euro cent / 00).
The money loss allowance is suspended during the absence, for whatever reason, the
owner and is simultaneously paid to the possible substitute, with simple communication from
part of the Departments of the offices concerned.


Art. 6

Financial The cost borne by the State budget, resulting from the application of this Act
, estimated at Euro 1,604,000.00 for 2009 and Euro 3,742,000.00 for
the year 2010, a decision by allocation of increased spending on the relevant budget
chapters relating to staff expenditure and for the categories "compensation charges, Institutional Organs
", "staff in active employment", and "staff Dismissal "and after the transfer
availability required by the cap. 01/03/2650 "salary expenses and for renovations and improvements
cost to employees and pensioners of the State," based on the
appropriations set for that purpose by the Budget Law of December 18, 2008 # 152 .


Art. 7

Additional charges resulting from this Act billed to the Public Sector Entities
Broader and so estimates:
Institute for Social Security: Euro 499,867.00 for 2009 and Euro 1,166,440,
00 for the year 2010;
Autonomous State Agency for Public Services: Euro 136,061.51 for 2009 and Euro
317,499.54 for 2010;
Autonomous State of Production: Euro 31,123.86 for the year 2009 and Euro 72,627.52
for 2010;
Philatelic and Numismatic: Euro 25,610.10 for the year 2009 and Euro
59,761.17 for 2010;
University Studies: Euro 22,499.73 for the year 2009 and Euro 53,812.89 for the year 2010;
National Olympic Committee of San Marino: Euro 10,700.00 for the year 2009 and Euro 24.900,00
for 2010;
Authority Authority for Civil Aviation and Maritime Navigation: Euro 1,547.31 for 2009
and Euro 4,206.87 for the year 2010;

will be covered through utilization of the appropriations on the relevant chapters of expense
the budgets of the various agencies concerned, expressly authorized by Act Annual Report 18 December 2008 152
.


Art. 8

It 'repealed all provisions contrary to the present law.


Art. 9

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
