LAW 31 October 1979, n. 65 (published in the albo of the Public Palace on November 6, 1979) Establishment of the Council Commission of Inquiry with regard to the management of the c / c n. 288 at the Italcasse. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 31 October 1979. Art. 1 'Council Chamber established a Commission of Inquiry with the task of examining the management of fund filed with the Credit Institute of Italian Savings Banks (ICCRI) to account number 288, since its establishment until 18 September 1979. Art. 2 the Council Committee has the most 'wide powers of investigation of all acts which in any case concern the statement in art. 1, both at the State Offices is at any other organ of the State, either at banks. The Commission has the same investigative powers of the judiciary and therefore to access to all documentation relating to the matter, with the authority to hear texts and retain, with a special order, at the Commissioner's Court, the documents that it deems appropriate to examine. Art. 3 The Commission consists of 13 members chosen Comp nents of the Great and General Council according to the following criteria: - one representative per this list in the Great and General Council; - Seven representatives chosen in the form of proportional groups in the Great and General Council. The Commission, in its first meeting, convened by the Regency, elects a President, who directs the work of the Commission, and a minute-taker. The material obtained by the Commission must be kept by the Commission under the responsibility of the President and the Secretary jointly. Art. 4 The Commission carries out its work at the headquarters of the Commissioner's Court. He must report to the Great and General Council within sixty days of taking office. Art. 5 The Commission can not in any way interfere, obstruct or delay the investigation of the Judiciary on the same fact. Art. 6 This Law shall enter into force on the day of the legal publication.
