In view of article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law
186/2005; We promulgate
and send for publishing the following ordinary law approved by the Council
Great and General during the meeting of July 22, 2010:

CHANGING THE LAW June 18 2008 Ranked # 94 - MEASURES OF REORGANIZATION
OF FIGURES DIRECTIVES OF THE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND AMENDMENT OF
STRUCTURE OF MEDIA SCHOOL LOWER

Art. 1

Article 5, second paragraph, of the Law June 18, 2008, # 94 is amended as follows:

"In derogation of Article 3, first paragraph, and to ensure gradualness of
application by the terms thereof, the Deputy Managers of media Less School three
till the conclusion of the Year School 2010 - 2011. "

Art. 2

Article 6, second paragraph, of the Law June 18, 2008, # 94 is amended as follows:

"The definition of Staff figures Executive in the various types of schools is left to the next
law to be enacted by 2011".

Art. 3

This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
