LAW 28 January 1987 n. 10 (published February 3, 1987) Ruling for the reorganization and restructuring of health facilities We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting of 28 January 1987. "Art. 6 (Repeal of previous standards) Articles. 8 and 9 of Law 24 March 1983 n. 43. As a result of the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of this are hereby repealed law Art. 2 of law 24 March 1983 n. 43 is amended as follows: "Art. 2 (Bodies of the Institute). "Art. 8 (Powers of Board of Health) the Board of Health is a technical body and provides advice to the President and Deputy in reference to training programs, vocational training, organization or reorganization of services and scientific research programs. "Art. 10 (Appointment of the Coordinator, Secretary and in charge of Bibl oteca) The Council of Health appoints among its members a Coordinator, a secretary and in charge of the Library, who shall hold office for one year and may be reelected. The appointment of experts in art. 12 of this Law can not have a duration of more than two years and does not give any right to employment in the role. Art. 14 (Entry into force) This Law shall enter into force on the 5th day following that of its legal publication.
