General Statement of the State and Entities Pubblic for the Financial Year 1987

We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino || | promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 21 December 1988.
Art. 1
' approved in accordance with art. 12 of Law 70 of November 9, 1979, the General State
flow statement for the financial year 1987 as it appears from the statement of the Financial Statements, Statement of Account of the Heritage
Residues and annexed to this Act (Annex " a ") in conjunction with the financial
Consuntivi for the financial year 1987 of the Institute for Social Security (Appendix" B "), the Company
Autonomous State for public Services (Annex" C "), Company Autonomous
Production State (Annex "D"), the Company Autonomous Philatelic-Numismatic
State (Annex "E"), the CONS (Appendix "F"), the Company Autonomous for management
Centrale del Latte (Appendix "G") and the Special Fund for Productive Activities (Annex "H").
Art. 2
the Congress of State is authorized, by derogation from the provisions of art. 45 of Law 70 of November 9, 1979
to defer the forfeiture of arrears still switched on 5-0590 and 2-1300 chapters (ex cap.02490
) relating to compulsory expenditure deriving from the legislation on repayment
tax on imported goods and the contractual relations with the AASFN, as well as on the cap. 3-
6810, limited to 306 residues and 1664 year 1985.
Art. 3
in this Act shall enter into force on the 5th day following that of its legal publication.
